Designed by nationally renowned Tracery Interiors of Rosemary Beach, this luxurious, coastal chic penthouse condo is the perfect fit for your Rosemary Beach getaway.

Situated ideally in the heart of Rosemary Beach overlooking North Barrett Square, [sb]² Loft is just a moment away from all of the shops, restaurants and sugar white sand beaches of Rosemary Beach. A 2-3 minute walk along one of the shaded boardwalks will bring you to one of Rosemary Beach's 4 stunning community pools (one indoor and heated), salon, day spa, Fitness Center and Racquet Club.

No worries about flights of stairs here! Enter the Lofts West building through our secure lobby entrance and take the elevator to this stunning penthouse condo. A travertine tile foyer leads into the open concept living/dining area where soaring 15 ft vaulted ceilings and three-story windows fill the space with light and volume that you will not find in other properties.

A fabulous, fully stocked chef's kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless appliances is perfect for preparing a gourmet meal or just a snack before hitting the beach. For your convenience, a high efficiency washer and dryer are provided in the kitchen pantry/laundry room.

Just off the kitchen and beyond the breakfast bar (with seating for three) is the elegant dining room which seats 8 comfortably and features a small seating area ideal for relaxing with a book or catching up with family and friends.

Distinctive designer furnishings and creative touches fill the comfortable and open living area. There's plenty of seating for everyone! Relax on the down-filled couches and enjoy the entertainment system featuring a large flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound.

Just off of the living area is the spa-like master suite featuring a cathedral ceiling, king size bed, walk-in closet, and a large flat screen TV. The spacious master bathroom boasts a soaking tub, large walk-in travertine shower, and double vanity with plenty of storage.

The guest bedroom is large enough to relax comfortably after a day on the beach and features a queen size bed, flat screen TV, large closet and a wonderful bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The furnished balcony off of the living area is the best room in the condo!! It is the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunsets, or just 'people watching' on the square.

Unfortunately, due to HOA rules, we are not allowed to accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.

Important Things to know:

1) We do not offer Travel Protection Insurance in our quotes. You may obtain one independently.

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.

3) 2 bikes are included in the rental. To utilize, waiver must be signed and received before code provided.

4) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.

**International Travelers will be charged a 5% admin fee instead of the domestic admin fee shown at the time of booking.

Very nice condo in a great location

We would definitely stay here again. The condo is well equipped and very clean. The only small issue we had was the cable did not work, so no television all week. Not too much of a problem since we came to relax and disconnect.

Best Of Everything!

Where do I start? I love this place. We have been staying on 30A for 15 years. Yet we have never stayed in Rosemary Beach. We decided, at the last minute, to come down for Spring Break so there was nothing available in Seaside or Watercolor, where we usually stay. So I decided to try RB. We always made a trip down to eat at Cowgirl Kitchen anyway. So I saw this unit and thought it would be perfect for us. My husband and myself and our 22 year old daughter. I was worried that it might be noisy since it was above the chops and restaurants. It was PERFECT! The unit is beautiful. In fact, it was featured in one of the decorator books on the coffee table. Everything is really first rate. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable. It's a very livable space. The bedding is great. The unit is clean. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly want. And it's all really nice quality. We loved the location. It was really fun to be "where the action is" but the unit is so well insulated that the sound is not an issue at all. We loved people watching in the evenings from the balcony. It happened to be a record COLD week so we actually spent more time in the unit than we normally would. So it was really nice to be surrounded in such luxury. I hope to be able to stay there again. And now I think Rosemary Beach will be our destination of choice on 30A. One final note...the leasing agent was not great at 30A Escapes. We had a small issue and once I brought it to her attention, she got really snarky with me the rest of the trip, any time I needed to speak with her. I would not let this dissuade you from staying here. Also, the leasing company should figure out a way to make their App more functional. You need like 3 or 4 different codes for everything from bikes, to beach service reservations, to beach access, to keys to the unit...but these codes come in different comes in the app, one comes in an email, one comes in a text, and yet another is only provided when you call the leasing company office to get it (that's for ordering beach service). So, not really a problem at all...just a minor annoyance, but these management companies charge the owners a lot of money and should really make things as convenient as possible.

Wonderful Penthouse!

We had such a great vacation and stay at this location. The owners have seriously thought of everything and have done such a great job. The decor is beautiful!! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is brand new... the beds are so comfortable, the linens are top notch, the kitchen is beyond stocked with anything you would ever need during your stay and the location is great. It is a short walk to the beach through the heart of Rosemary. The walk is very pleasant. Pools are very close as well. The property manager, Celia, is fabulous to work with. She goes above and beyond to make sure the stay is great. We will definitely stay at this property again and will recommend it to everyone!
