Interaction with Guests
We will respect your privacy and we will not access the flat during your stay. In any case we live in Florence, therefore you can easily get in touch with us in case you need help and/or information.
The flat is inside the historic centre but is not overcrowded, which makes it more relaxing. The area surrounding Piazza del Carmine
is filled with well-known restaurants and bars, like the 'La Dolce Vita' or the 'Antico Ristoro di Cambi' to name a few.
The Brancacci Chapel is home to the famous frescoes by Masaccio and Masolino, considered the first masterworks of the Italian Renaissance.
Florence is a relatively small city filled with pedestrian areas, so it's easy to walk everywhere while it's quite difficult to drive and (most of all) park in the city. Therefore, we suggest, in your best interest, to NOT reach Florence by car.

About Natalia and Alex
We got married on October 2011, I am a Florentine born and raised while Natasha moved here from a small city close to Novosibirsk, Russia. Natasha likes shopping... I like football, she loves reading and I love music, we both love eating, travelling and watching some TV shows like Big Bang Theory for example. I'm the tech savvy person and she's the handy person, so the worst mistake you can do is ask Natasha to help you with your pc or ask me to help you with the washing machine. :)

Perfect stay! 10 stars if possible!
Imagine waking up to sun rays gently reflecting off terra-cotta bricks of a church built in 1268 with the faint sound of doves cooing in the background. You step out of the apartment courtyard to go have your morning espresso and are greeted by a view of the dome of San Frediano. Sound like a fantasy? Well, it's real! Do yourself a favor and make this charming flat your home during your stay in Firenze! My husband and I stayed 5 nights and we are already planning our next trip and hoping to stay here again! Everything from the booking and communication with Natasha and Alex was so easy. If you're feeling nervous about booking an apartment instead of a hotel, let me assure you that our hosts were so gracious and helpful. Both speak excellent English as well! As for the accommodations, the apartment is clean, fresh, and boasts modern amenities with perfect hints of charming Italian architecture to highlight its special place next to the church. Nestled in a peaceful piazza, you're literally steps from a supermarket and just two blocks from Ponte Alla Carraia which will take you straight into the main tourist attractions across the river; although we highly recommend checking out the Oltrarno area! Staying here definitely added to the magic of Florence and we couldn't have asked for a better rental!
When your first review is like this what can we say more than thank you a million times? :)
Thanks again guys, it was a pleasure hosting you and we hope to see you again soon.
