Our quiet, charming, deluxe studio,
non-smoking condominium is located in the
heart of downtown Palm Beach at the Palm Beach Hotel,
235 Sunrise Avenue, and was recently designated
an Historic Landmark. Our relaxing, unit is located on
the second floor. It is a very quiet
unit. (building has two elevators and a handicap ramp
for easy accessibility). There is a flat screen TV dishwasher, stove top and all smaller kitchen amenities - microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, dishes, silverware,
coffee pot as well as a breakfast bar.
capacity is 2 guests. Wireless Internet reception in rooms, mezzanine/library area, lobby and loggia area near pool.
Newly renovated lobby and
room, laundry room on lower level. Over the last few
years, there have been numerous upgrades at the Hotel.
Walk to at least ten different restaurants! Relax in our
tropical heated pool or on the large loggia enjoying
a treat from the adjoining French Bakery. Walk to
several houses of worship.(We are next door neighbors
of St. Edwards Church, the Kennedy family parish in
Palm Beach.) There is an Orthodox Synagogue on the
upper level of the Hotel and another one a block away.
A Conservative Temple is around the corner. Bike
rental shop in building with Intercoastal bike/walking
trail just one block west. The beach is just one block east. Grocery across the street, and two pharmacies a
stone's throw away. You can have a simple low cost
meal at a counter or dine at a 4 star restaurant.
All within a few blocks.
Just a ten minute taxi ride (approx. $20.00) from
Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) our guests
really don't need to rent a car. Located between the
Atlantic ocean and Intercoastal you can walk to beach
(two short blocks east, Flagler Museum,
The Breakers Hotel, grocery stores, charming shops
along Royal Poinciana and just a little bit further,
famous, fabulous Worth Avenue. Just walk over
Flagler Bridge to West Palm Beach and all its
restaurants and tourist sights. This is indeed LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
