Idyllic spot in the Cotswolds.wonderful friendly hosts who made sure our every need was catered for. Thank you.
Cottage was cosy and home from home with beautiful garden to relax in.our pet dog Toby had a playmate and was safe in the enclosed gardens.close to some fantastic beauty spots with local walks nearby. Short break this time but would recommend highly a longer stay.
Charming and cozy and just right for our few days in the country after a hectic three days in London
My adult daughter and I spent three nights at Popfosters and enjoyed every minute. The property was as described and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our hostess Lisa was warm and welcoming and had great suggestions. She also provided us with some breakfast essentials which really came in handy before we set out on our daily adventures. While not right in Chipping Campden, it nevertheless was a great location for seeing other surrounding areas. We actually drove all the way to Salisbury to attend services at the Cathedral on Palm Sunday, went to Stone Henge, ate a wonderful meal at Stow on Wold and stopped at Upavon to take in all the neat thatched cottages. It was a lot of driving perhaps but it really gave us a great sense of the Cotwolds. We were so glad we found Popfosters.
Lovely property. Wonderful hosts.
We had a lovely break. The barn is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you need.
Unique property with super helpful and kind hosts
This is a wonderful property with the nicest hosts. We had car problems while we were staying and they went out of their way to help us contact RAC and arrange for help. Lisa also volunteered to do some clothes washing for us, which was much appreciated! I would note that the property sleeps 4, but there are only 3 chairs at the table and 3 true seats in the sitting room.
Perfect for our Stay!
Wonderfully-furnished and centrally-located for exploring the Cotswold countryside. Gracious and helpful hosts made our stay a real treat. Highly recommended!
Do not hesitate to book this barn for your holiday!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Lisa and Adam's barn. It exudes quaintness and coziness. Beds are comfy. Beautifully decorated. Lisa and Adam are very gracious hosts. We were greeted with milk, bread, and a delicious cake. Our two girls loved sleeping in the loft room and playing in the back yard with Lisa and Adam's dog, Doug. The home is very conveniently located only five minutes from Chipping Campden. We had afternoon tea at Badger's Hall Tea Room which was great. We visited Broadway Tower and Stratford upon Avon later that evening. All of the quaint Cotswold villages are within a short drive. Also recommend Cotswold Lavender Farm.
