Volcano National Park visit
Great property. Very clean. Has everything you need for a great vacation. Beautiful setting in the woods
Beautiful property, visit went very smoothly, great proximity to the volcano.
We were three people all adults and this cabin was perfect for us. We loved all of the light that came in through the many windows and the lanai's offered us the opportunity for viewing the plants and birds that came to visit us every day. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were good size. We ate a couple of meals at the cabin and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. It was cold while we were there so we greatly appreciated the fireplace and the space heaters...the warmers on the beds were just what we needed. It rained the entire time we were there...serious rain and it was nice to come home wet at the end of the day to a comfortable space. We loved the furnishings and the Hawaiian art that was throughout the property. Thanks for the great experience.
Great place with easy access to Volcano National Park
This is a well maintained and comfortable property. It sits on a beautiful lot back away from the road and is very pleasant and quiet (accept for the birds, but that was nice). Access to Volcanoes National Park was just a couple miles up the road and restaurants and other conviences were close by in the town of Volcano. We were here in February so it was fairly cool at night and the house does get a bit a cool. The fireplace is cozy though and warms the living area nicely. There are also space heaters in the bedrooms. Very well equipped place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We would come back again. Volcano and the Park were great fun and so nice to come back to such a nice place to stay.
Such beautiful grounds and a very nice home. We loved it.
Enjoyed walking the grounds looking at the orchids in bloom as well as other beautiful plants. The home was very private. We left the curtains open over the head of the bed and enjoyed the night sky. The convenience to the Volcano National Park was great. The home was perfectly equipped for our visit with plenty of towels, dishes, paper supplies, etc. We walked the street and found a couple of very nice gift shops and cafes within 1/2 mile of the home.
Home away from home!!
Clean, great location, spacious and the user guide answered all questions!! It rained every day but that was just bad luck!
