I love this great city with so much to offer from historic buildings, amazing sight-seeing tours, world class concerts and gigs, swanky restaurants and bars to beautiful parks. If you need any help with your London visit give me a shout. Would love to help you with any info . Look forward to meeting you Shamil
Shamil purchased this Apartment in 2005
Why Shamil chose London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
It's a 2 bedroom flat, perfect for a small family or a group of up to 5 people that came to visit London to explore it's amazing attractions. It works out very cheap for what you get in London and you can spend your money on wonderful attractions rather than expensive accommodation. The location is great great, zone 2 of London. Very close to all parts of London, great transport links with 4 underground lines - Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith and City and Central. Lots of day and night buses. Hammersmith is a very safe and affluent neighbourhood.
What makes this Apartment unique
The flat has everything you need for a short stay in London, Wi-fi, household items and it's clean and affordable.

I'm happy to share my knowledge of London where to go out, what to see, from museums to top restaurants Lots of shops in Hammersmith. There is a small Tesco inside the Hammersmith & District lines station brunch which is open late till 10 pm. There is a big Tesco shop on the same road 3 mins walk. Good location questionable flat
The flat is in a great location close to the underground and has plenty of pubs and restaurants close. There is no place comfortable to sit at all, the only chairs in the place are folding chairs, there is something that appears to be a living room with a small TV but the chairs in there are foam and you can't sit on them for any period of time they are so uncomfortable. Additionally, I hope you are good with household mechanical's like hot water heaters because if you are not, plan on cold showers.
I am surprised that I am the first reviewer because the person that checked us in said they do this quite frequently and have been for a while. With that said I am assuming they have found a way to remove negative reviews because I can't be the first dissatisfied tenant.
This is a private flat with 2 really good double bedrooms and is very affordable £100 per night in zone 2 of London. For a family of 4 it works out £25 per night. In Hammersmith, London you pay a minimum of £60 per person per night for a hotel room where you don't get a living space and a kitchen. The living room is small but most people come to explore London and stay cheaply but comfortably just like in your own flat, and prefer to spend their money on London's attractions.
The hot water is on a switch which you could have easily switched on, you don't need to be technical or ask a question from my housekeeper. The flat is listed on other sites such as Airbnb and booking and I have a very high rating. I don't get many bookings through this platform hence the first review. I am disappointed that you didn't see the value of staying in a cosy, clean and affordable private flat that provides everything for a short stay in London. Good luck with your future stays.
I spend 4 days in London with my family (we have 4 children). This apt is definitively a great accomodation. It's next to the underground, the king's mall and 5-10 minutes walk to parks and other attractions. The furniture is excellent and the owner is friendly.
Thank you very much for your great review, Letizia. Glad to hear your stay went really well. You're welcome to come back at any time.
I don't get many bookings on this platform as I also advertise on other platforms. This is the only reason there are not many reviews.
