Spacious holiday home in perfect location
We, a party of 4 people, spent a lovely week in Abruzzi. It is near to the sandy beach, 5-10 minutes walk, but also convenient for the restaurants and supermarket.
The garden offers a relaxing space with plenty of shade from the beautiful trees.
The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom and showers clean and modern.
We would recommend the home to all visitors wanting to stay in San Vito Lo Capo.
Thoroughly enjoyable house.
Our group of 7 adults had a wonderful stay at this property in early June. The property is beautiful; large living area downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The rear courtyard is a highlight (even though the pizza oven is no longer usable). We loved to relax back there in the early evening followed by sitting down for dinner. One night we were able to comfortably host 12 people for dinner outside. There are some limitations in the electrical system use (three A/C units and 2 water heaters), but having stayed in San Vito Lo Capo multiple times in the past, it is not uncommon considering the town’s infrastructure. We had no problems as long as we followed the guidelines provided. The only minor issue was that one of the showerheads seems somewhat clogged and had low water pressure, the pressure in all other fixtures was excellent. We also were pleasantly surprised to have WiFi internet provided, a feature that is apparently new to this property.
Location is a very easy short walk to the main street and to the beach. It couldn’t be more convenient.
The service provided by Mr. Benedetto Lo Rocca was excellent. Communication was always quick and we were provided info to contact him anytime during our stay. We were met upon our arrival and were provided clear instructions in the use of the house. One piece of our luggage had been left behind by our airline. Benedetto was extremely helpful in making phone calls to the airlines and the courier company (we don’t speak Italian) and in providing his office as a drop off location. He called us as soon as the suitcase arrived at his office. It was very comforting having his assistance.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering it as a choice.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I hope to meet you again in San Vito lo Capo... enjoy your life :-)
San Vito lo Capo, originally a small village of sailors, remained as 50 ago ... or with characteristic houses in Sicilian style, never beyond the first plan, developed around the beach, which along with the course (via Savoia) and other streets is the nerve center of the country. local rich as restaurants, bars, pubs and shops of all kinds (clothing, souvenirs ...) has a controlled nightlife and never chaotic: the country is frequented mostly by families, but also Italian stranire. The center is closed to car traffic, so you can walk freely in the streets of the center, without danger. The car, if not for any excursions do it yourself, it is absolutely not recommended.
Indeed, no, you live even better ...
