This is a great unit for a single family vacation. The unit is billed as a one bedroom, but renters are excited to see a bunk room with its own door. No more whispering when the kids go to bed! This unit provides one large gulf front master bedroom and the separate bunk room with its own door. The master boasts a large comfortable king sized bed with gulf views via the floor to ceiling sliding door. The Master bedroom leads to a spacious master bathroom which is accessible only through the master bathroom. It has a large garden tub, two sinks, walk-in shower and separate water closet. There is a hall closet providing ample storage for your clothes, bags and other belongings.

Two added benefits to this floor plan are the bunk room, which feels like a second bedroom, and the second full bathroom. The family room hosts comfortable seating for your guests, while a convertible sofa bed provides even more accommodation for sleeping.

The added benefit of the second bathroom coupled with the separate bunk room make this unit feel much larger than other one bedrooms on the beach. Imagine; no fighting over who uses the 1 bathroom first, no need to access the master bathroom in the middle of the night (That means PRIVACY on vacation!).

The door to the bunkroom turns bedtime for the kids, into private time for you. No kids sleeping in forced hallway bunk beds. A separate room for all of their baggage. This is the perfect set up for a single family.

The kitchen hosts bar top stool seating, dishwasher, microwave, oven, range, blender, refrigerator, plates and utensils. There is a stacked washer/dryer unit conveniently tucked away in the hall closet.

The ocean views are fantastic. From the balcony, look east and watch the coast line curve into the distance. Look West and see the Pier of famed Pier Park. The spacious balcony means you can enjoy the ocean air as a family and not be crowded for space. The unit is truly an amazing find in a sea of options.

The unit is located approximately 1 mile East of Pier park. Shops, restaurants, entertainment, and more are just minutes away.

Sharky's is practically adjacent to the property, which is great for those looking for Beach cuisine, Beach cocktails, or taking in some local entertainment. The proximity of Sharky's means that you don't need to get in your car! Walk there from your beach chair!

In the mood for BBQ? Moe's Barbque is across the street from the Property. Great BBQ! A must for your stay!

What makes this condo unique

Can't say enough about the bunk room and second bath room. We love that we can put our 2 year old son to bed, and not have to end the night ourselves! Large families can still enjoy the unit, since the bunk room provides both added sleeping and and storage for all of your stuff! Other 1 bedrooms force you to live amongst half unpacked luggage all week! Here, there is a place for your bags, there are enough toilets for your family, there is enough seating, the finishes are fresh and welcoming. Come and experience it for yourselves!

Great Place

Condo was perfectly located with great access to the beach. Super convenient beach access through parking garage so able to leave beach chairs & accessories in vehicle instead of hauling up & down an elevator. Condo was beautiful with amazing views of the beach. Beds were super cozy & we couldn't hear any outside noise. Overall one of the best experiences we have had at PCB.

Great spot for families

My family of 3 stayed for 5 nights. Great condo. Comfortable beds, close to Pier Park. Great views from the balcony. They provided everything you need for for the beach except the towels. My daughter loved the heated pool. There was never a problem getting chairs and they have a "no reserve" policy which I love. I would stay here again if we are ever in the area. Make sure to eat at Moe's Bbq across the street. It was our favorite.

Clean, great views of the beach, and well maintained

I was there for a short weekend getaway with my wife and the views were spectacular. My wife loved how the condo was decorated, it's proximity towards the malls and shopping centers, and the soothing sound of the waves every night. Even though it's on the 23rd floor, the ease of access is great and the high speed elevators take you to any floor within seconds. As soon as you are out of the elevators the room is right in front of you. There are also many carts that you can use to move your luggage or groceries. You really have to be lazy or in terrible shape to complain about a condo being on the 23rd floor. It doesn't take much effort.

Great location & super clean

Great views from the 23rd floor, saw manta rays everyday. Location is perfect with lots of restaurants within easy walking distances. Condo is super clean & had up to date furnishings. The property is well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again, the owner was very informative & easy to work with.

Very comfortable
