One of the best places to stay in Durango
We have been staying in this house once a year for the past 4 years. Great location, especially for watching the trains. Can't wait until next year.
Great views and location, big and clean
We chose this new house because it has beautiful views. The big windows are nice. Also nice to be on the local free trolley-style bus line. Only took it back from downtown after riding the Animas river trail bike path. We loved the way this house is layed out. The young adults of our two families liked hanging out in the downstairs. My husband went golfing and fly fishing, some of us went hiking, Silverton, shopping, rafting with Mild to Wild (about 1/2 mile from house. Appreciate how clean and new the house is.
Ideally located in the City of Durango, convenient to Historic Downtown Durango, Purgatory Ski Area and San Juan Mountains.
