This is an architecturally award-winning condo, with 24 foot ceilings, soaring windows to let in the Arizona sunlight, a “Juliet” style loft overlooking it all, and a huge wide-open feel inside. You won’t get that cramped feeling or constantly bump into your travel partners here with 1700 square feet of “wow”!

*THEM: An upstairs or downstairs unit or thin walls so you can hear your neighbors…

US: You’re on vacation! Why do you want to have to tiptoe around not to disturb someone beneath you? Or worse yet, listen to the kids in the unit above dash back and forth? There is no one above or below you in this fantastic unit.

*THEM: A condo in a complex that is oversized, sprawling, and crazy-busy with guests.

US: There are less than sixty units in this complex, not several hundred like many others in Scottsdale, don’t rent in a “zoo”! Kierland Commons, a minute to the 101, TPC Scottsdale, Barrett-Jackson, hiking trails, aquatic center, movie theaters and the mountains! You can even WALK to the pharmacy, grocery store, Starbucks and more because you aren't stuck out in 'the sticks'! Seriously, you won’t find a better location as the city is at your doorstep.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THIS RENTAL...

Wake up in your spacious and comfortable king bed, grab a bottle of water and make coffee in your bedroom beverage center and head out to read the paper on your private balcony upstairs.

We looked for the perfect home with the idea of renting it most of the time, staying there occasionally, and hopefully making some friends along the way. We understand you have hundreds of choices in this area, but we think our ownership dedication, the effort we put toward our renters, and the actual property separate this place from all the rest. Why Patrick Kroll chose Scottsdale

Units in Astragal don't come available very often, and when this one did, we loved where it was located, with the city feel and mountains in the background, we jumped at the opportunity!

We had done research and looked at dozens, possibly hundreds of properties in the Scottsdale area. We couldn't definitively decide on location--way off the beaten trail, quiet and secluded, or in the middle of the action and in a sort of 'urban' feel.

Then we had to consider the actual property, condo vs house, etc. We 'narrowed it down' to 20-something, and made the trip down and viewed them all.

The choice was easy for us once we saw this one. We had many many options, but we CHOSE this one. The architecture, design touches, feel, size and location were like nothing else. It wasn't even close!

If it sounds like a brag-fest, we apologize! it is just that we have great pride in this home, are still pretty amazed at how perfect it is, and knowing we could have picked another out of the many available. But, after seeing this, nothing else was an option.

What makes this condo unique

Pretty much everything is unique about this place. If you look at the 'description' section, it really says why we are so unique. If you have stayed at a place in Scottsdale, nowhere you stayed previously is like this place. And if you have never stayed in Scottsdale, we would tell you look no further, because very few are this cool. But of course that is our opinion, we hope you feel the same.

We are very responsive, and just ask and we will do our best to try to find something--tickets, adventures, day trips to Grand Canyon, Vegas, Sedona...YOU NAME IT By the way, we think this is a great add-on, and in case you missed it, here it is again, as it saves a bunch of hassle and cost in bag fees and club rental charges...2 sets of golf clubs (one men's, one women's), for your use. Size 12 golf shoes-men, size 10 women if you need them. Men's Mizuno irons+1 and good, random woods and putter. Golden Bear women's set.

Beautiful Scottsdale property

WE thought enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Scottsdale condo. It is in a great location and is extremely well equipped for an extended stay such as ours, The owners were great to deal with on the one occasion we required some assistance.They provided a cleaning part way through the stay, The location is awesome with great restaurants close by and all shopping facilities close as well. I would highly recommend this condo,

Beautiful Scottsdale Townhome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In May, we traveled to Scottsdale to attend our son's wedding!! We were lucky enough to find a beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and loaded with all the comforts of home townhome!! It was centrally located next to everything and anything that one could want or need!! It was truly a "home away from home!" Now if that good fortune wasn't enough, this next part will seal the deal!! The owner, Patrick, was a dream to work with! We had many conversations through email, but also by phone! He was honest and described his home to be EXACTLY as he said it would be! Patrick made himself available by email or phone anytime we needed to ask a question or for advice!! By the time our week actually came for us to go to Scottsdale, we found that not only did we get a truly lovely home to stay in, but we also had made a new friend that actually seemed like "family" now to us!!! In today's world, it is rare to find an owner who actually cares if your stay will be perfect in every way. Not the case with Patrick, as he was a genuine, caring, honest, dependable, and totally upstanding man who is the real deal!!! What a blessing for our family to find him!! The home has beautiful windows and high ceilings that let the sunlight in all day!! We rented a Yukon and my husband had no problem backing it into the garage!! So it was a wonderful experience in every way for our family!! We hate to think that we almost stayed in a hotel instead of trying something new and renting a home from a stranger!! That's the amazing part of this whole story--we rented a beautiful home from a man that is now our friend, and was in no way ever a "stranger" to us from the first time we said hello!! We will stay again in this lovely home the next time we go back to Scottsdale and not think twice about it!! Thank you Patrick for everything!!

Winter getaway.

We spent half of February and all of March in this beautiful, spacious and spotless two storey condo. Every room was perfect, and we lacked absolutely nothing. We like to do much of our own cooking, and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The only drawback was that we had a truck, and a motorcycle with a trailer, but were unable to fit all of it into the garage. If we could have had a reserved parking spot in the lot, it would have been absolutely perfect. Still, we definitely recommend this condo, as most people would not need the extra parking that we needed.

Everyone says it, but we can actually claim it...this really is the perfect location. Walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, Starbucks, restaurants and many other 'needs'. Within a couple minutes by car, you will find Kierland Commons for shopping, golf courses (try the Kierland 'Scottish Tribute' and play in a kilt!), restaurants, parks, aquatic center, movie theaters, seriously--just about ANYTHING is just minutes from here!

No, this is not in the sleepy foothills or way off the beaten path. You are in the middle of it all!

Not happy with what's in this area or want to check out Old Town (you gotta try the chopped salad at Citizen's Public House or table side guacamole at The Mission!) or somewhere else? The 101 is about a one minute drive away from this home. Honestly, there are few places in Scottsdale more 'in the center of it all', and located in a small complex! Or, since you are in North Scottsdale, head north and visit the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon or zip up to Flagstaff and go skiing! Heck, get crazy...Vegas is just about 4 and 1/2 hours from this location, what a fun day trip! Or head to LA, San Diego or Tijuana, Mexico--all three places under 6 hours away.

And speaking of your car, you can park it in the garage that is attached to this home, and there is a second parking spot in the carport, all inside the safety of a gated entrance.
