Being just 2 blocks from a Blue Line Metro station makes this condo an ideal base to explore the rest of Los Angeles. The Blue Line will take you directly from Long Beach to Downtown LA. Other trains connect to LAX airport, Hollywood, Pasadena, Santa Monica, and more — a great option for those who prefer not to drive.

This condo is just 2 blocks away from the LB Convention Center. It is walking distance to many great restaurants, a cinema, and newly opened shops at the Pike (Nike, Restoration Hardware, H&M, Forever21, Cinemark Theatres and more)
I had the pleasure of staying in this condo for the entire month of January. I felt as if I were at home, it had everything I needed. I prepared most meals in the condo and found the kitchen to be well equipped. The condo is very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, grocery store and attractions. The staff and other residents were very friendly. Steve was very quick to respond to any questions that arose during my stay. I would highly recommend staying in this unit and would definitely stay again.
This is our second time staying in this lovely condo ! My husband and I look forward to staying there again. It is convenient to our Cali family, beach and all the down town and Pike hot spots. My husband and I were very impressed with this property. It is spacious, bright, modern and very clean. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. It is close to many good restaurants and attractions. The owner was very accommodating and provided us with local info that we found useful. Having a concierge and underground parking is a bonus. (We have stayed in the area previously and had to find street parking. Not fun.) The only negative was that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance the week we were there. That is beyond the owner's control.
We highly recommend this property and would stay there again!
Excellent location for walking to convention center, restaurants, and the beach. Condo very nice, clean, spacious, comfortable, and had excellent amenities. Steven was a pleasure to work with, responsive from start to finish. Would definitely stay again.
We rented the condo for our vacation for my high school reunion in Long Beach and stayed for two weeks. The condo was really nice and clean, also very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the huge tub was wonderful to relax in. The kitchen was furnished with pretty much all the tools/utensils you'd need for basic cooking. The condo is in a great location, right in Downtown Long Beach, walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars and the beach. We didn't use public transportation, but I'm sure it would have been easy. The unit had one parking spot in the secure parking garage. The pool was rather small, but really nice. The gym was great. The wifi worked great the whole time.
The tv service provided was not cable or satellite, but we had access to Netflix and some other options through Amazon Fire Stick TV, which was ok, but not ideal for us. Our only really issue with the condo was that we did not have control of the AC. The owner set it at 74, which is a decent setting, but there were times we were a little uncomfortable with the temperature.
The Condo was modern, but the building was Nuveau it was under renovation but did not effect the pleasantry of the stay. Building is Beautiful. Clean, Great location, Walking distance to the Beach, nice Restaurants, coffee houses. I was able to check in early. Will be back.
