This very cute and comfy 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment right downtown Penticton just minutes walking distance to Okanagan Beach and Lakeside Casino and Resort. Fully renovated a few years ago and is decorated with modern flaire. Kitchen has all necessities with full size fridge, stove and dishwasher. Everything you need to cook and or BBQ. BBQ located along with picnic tables outside in the large yard. This unit is ground level and easy access with own parking. There is also coin operated laundry on site. Save $100 + a day cooking your own food or stroll downtown to enjoy the many shops and restaurants.

Bedroom has queen sized bed and Second bedroom has a bunk bed with double on bottom, single on top and single roll out trundle bed on floor for added space. Perfect for the traveler, family or friends on a budget without sacrificing quality and comfort. If you have a larger group please inquire about the three additional apartments in the same building. Perfect for wedding party, large families or for sporting events.

Excellent value

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, close to Main Street and the beach, with the creek walking path right outside the door. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Sean was very accommodating, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Sean.

Close to everything

We had kids going to the Okanagan Hockey Camp for the week and this house was a simple almost straight drive to the rink. It was so easy and convenient for us being able to walk to the beach, park, food and window shopping. Being a family of 4 having the separate spaces this condo provided was great so kids could sleep and adult could stay up. It is very cozy, nicely decorated and had what we needed for the week. All the beds were comfortable. Instead of having a tv stand its a dresser and I think it was genius, as we used that space so we didnt have to live out of suitcases. The outdoor spaces were great for relaxing. The only draw back was the air conditioner unit in the master was so loud made all kinds of strange noises and sounded like it was going to take off that we had to have it off to get sleep but then got hot so we still couldn't sleep. I am sure the AC can be addressed and I wouldn't let that hold me back as we would stay here again for sure.

Adequate space for 4 (original plans for 4 adults and 2 young kids would have been tight 4 twoweeks

Prior reviews are adequate of this 2 bedroom unit. It is close to everything, especially if you spend time in town or at Okanagan Lake beach. For us it fell short on a few expectations as a family vacation home we anticipated. The owner provided some basic kitchen items, oil, vinegar, salt pepper, ketchup and mustard. The kitchen lacked enough towels and cutlery for 4 people and we would have had to ask for more if the original 6 came up over our 2 week holiday. The A/C units were loud, there's a funny smell in the entire building, and some of the original towels were soiled as were some of the dishes in the cupboards. There is no housekeeping, so if you need anything you must contact the owner who was away from the city during most of our stay. The dishwasher did not work, you must pay for your laundry and drying, although soaps are provided. Also there is nowhere where you can hang you beach towels to dry. Our unit, was away from the main street however it backs onto a very nice public walkway next to the creek that is very well used, unfortunately at all hours of the day and night. We were woken up in the middle of the night by the sounds of someone breaking the fence just outside our bedroom window. Parking was somewhat of an issue with only 3 spots available on the property. For most of the time we parked on the road, where luckily enforcement of the 2 hour rule is lax. I would recommend a unit in this fourplex for only a stopover/short stay.

Property was well kept

We had a very pleasant stay, our accommodations had everything we required. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. My kids and I loved having the creek right beside our windows. Very thankful to have chosen this property as our home for 5 days.

The apartment was in a great location and clean when we arrived.

The property is located within walking distance of so many things. We would take the trail right out the back door and walk the couple blocks to beach or town. Sean was very accommodating, checking to make sure we had what we needed, bedding, towels, etc. we comfortably fit four adults and two kids in the unit. Thanks again to Sean for a great place to stay.
