The ground floor, with its lovely arches and thick stone walls, is taken up by a living room off a dining/kitchen area, and a private pool, with shower facilities, and sundeck area at the back.
As well as two ensuite bathrooms, a double and a twin, on the 1st floor, comfortably accommodating two couples, the property has another spare twin bedroom at 2nd floor level, accessible via a spiral staircase ( not ideal for persons with restricted mobility), complete with ensuite toilet and sink only (no shower).
The double master bedroom enjoys the luxury of a large bathroom with separate bath and shower facilities. A reading area at 1st floor level gives privacy for a quiet afternoon.Importantly the property comes also with a private one car parking area. Air-Condition units are available in the bedrooms and in the living room.
Use of Air-condition units are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.
Tap Water in Malta and Gozo is not suitable for drinking. Baron Holiday Homes has teamed with H2only water provider in order to have their water dispensers ready in the property. Each 19 litres water jug cost €5.00 and are not included in the accommodation price, however you can order this service with us before your arrival (at least 1 week before) and we can make sure to have it ready at property on your arrival.

From the Village Square, a road leads to the fabulous valley of Wied l-Ghasri which is 2.3km away from property. On the way, there is an old charming chapel dedicated to the Patronage of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Wied l-Ghasri area is a marvellous country walk or cycling site especially in Winter and Spring. The valley ends in the sea, wedged between high cliffs where a secluded little inlet makes it ideal for swimming, snorkelling and diving. Indeed, the sea around Wied l-Ghasri is very popular among divers.
The city centre Victoria is 1.3 km away. Here one can find Cafe's, Restaurants and a fish and vegetable market.Should you fancy a day at the beach Ramla Bay with its unique honey-red sand is the largest and most popular beach on the island and can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
The feast of Ghasri is celebrated on the first or second Sunday of the month of June and is dedicated to Corpus Christi. Victoria has two big feasts, one is on the third week of July and the other one is on the 15th of August. At this time of year you will see the village decorated and see spectacular firework displays, where village succumbs to a wonderful vibrancy.
