About the Property

2 Bedroom plus Den town-home located on the wash/greenbelt

This town-home is fully furnished and has been newly remodeled. It is the perfect sunny place to spend a lovely relaxing break. The condo is the largest model, approx. 1350 sq. ft., with 2 full bedrooms and a lovely den with a large desk and two work areas, plus wi-fi. The master has a king sized, sleep number bed, and a private bath with a large newly tiled and updated walk in shower. The guest room has a queen bed and it is very nicely decorated. The second bath is a full bath newly tiled and updated, with a shower and new tub.

The great room is quite large with a 46 inch surround sound TV and DVD. The TV has a HDMI port for streaming. It has a Lazy Boy reclining sofa and loveseat for maximum comfort. The pictures in this room change frequently as the owner is an artist but they are generally landscapes of the gorgeous nearby mountains and waterways. The dining area has a large table which can be expanded to seat 7.

The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space and a large pantry. The sink is a new black composite granite sink. The skylight here lets the sun shine in and brightens the room daily. The kitchen is fully stocked with most appliances as the owner enjoys cooking. There is even a washer and dryer.

The front patio has a bike rack for those who enjoy getting out on two wheels. There is a small table and chiminea for roasting hot dogs and marshmellows as well as taking the chill off a cool evening. The location of the home is wonderfully central to everything, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, racquetball, tennis courts, shuffleboard, restaurants, and golf all within walking distance.

The back patio is the place where you will spend much of your time. It has a large table which sits 6 and 2 reclining lawn chairs in which to relax under the shade of 2 huge Aleppo pine trees. The view is wonderful and it is quite private.

About the owner: We purchased this property with the idea we would be snowbirds permanently as we loved the Seattle area but after 5 years we decided we love the Green Valley area more. There is so much to do here and the people are so friendly and welcoming. There is something to do for everyone.
