Why Karen & Andy Warden chose Fumel
Gite Borie has lots to offer being situated in a great location on the borders of the Lot et Garonne, Le Lot Vallee and the Dordogne, we can get to places fairly easily and shopping is only 10mins away! The countryside around this area is lovely and for us the property having it's own land of approx 100 acres, the Gite has many returning guests, which makes the Gite a very special place indeed!
What makes this Barn unique
A protected area of outstanding beauty, Bonaguil de Chateau is only 2k having 3 restaurants and is a beautiful place to see! The river Lot and the Dordogne for boating and fishing, wonderful scenery and history, this part of France is a wonderful place to enjoy for our guests who stay at Borie, to spend some time relaxing with family or friends and enjoying a great holiday! Most of our guests return to Borie and some are coming back for their 4th, 4th & 6th time, which for us is a unique and fabulous compliment and a pleasure to see our guests enjoying a much needed holiday!

The most beautiful place, with the most lovely owners
We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely gite in August 2016. We were four adults and two children (4 and 6). The setting of the gite is just glorious - a beautiful big pool area, overlooking rolling countryside - honestly one of the most beautiful, and certainly peaceful places I've ever stayed. The gite itself is immaculate, incredibly well appointed, and was perfect for our needs during our stay.
Karen and Andy, the gite owners, live in a neighbouring property, and they were so lovely, and so helpful to us. They gave us fantastic recommendations of things to do in the local area, and were always on hand to answer any questions we had, help us with bookings, and generally be absolute legends. They really did make the holiday for us.
I absolutely loved this place, and have no doubt we will be back.
Dear Rebecca, James & Girls - Many thanks for your kind review, we are so pleased you liked Gite Borie Bonaguil and we look forward to hopefully seeing you again - kindest regards Karen & Andy
