There is an Olympic-size swimming pool at Los Banos or the Montecito YMCA that is open to the public for a small fee and offers lap swimming. If you can pull yourself away from this retreat, you can walk or ride a bike to the famous white sand beaches just a mile from the house. This wonderful home is surrounded by both the Upper and Lower Villages of Montecito, filled with one of a kind boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops. Farmers Market is in the Lower Village every Friday morning and on Sundays the Lower Village welcomes Cars and Coffee where the street is lined with antique and modern cars galore. It’s a treat to grab a coffee and mingle with all the car collectors.
