Perfect stay in this dream house.

Noted a outdoor bathroom along side the garage we discovered.

PS has a serious noise ordinace be aware, NO Loudness in evenings outside!

Overall quite positive. Scott does a great job as usual. See comments below.

Sinks in master bathroom are not practical. No way to "plug" so when in use, water needs to run all the time. Water flow is also weak.

Should be able to turn off the 3 lights on the master bedroom terrace. High windows have no shades so light shines in at night.

The bedroom doors with translucent panels also let in too much light when hall and other bathroom .lights are on.

beautiful mid century home with all the amenities

Just spent a week here with our daughters, spouses and grandsons. It couldn't have been better! Lots of options for both indoor space and outdoor relaxation. The indoor and outdoor kitchens have everything you need for any kind of cooking. We loved the location to downtown and to the mountains for hiking. We will definitely be back!
