I designed and furnished this contemporary-furnished home and manage it's rental - along with other rental properties I own. My husband and I are original Encanterra owners, having moved in late NOV 2008 - house #22 to close! We live on the 13th Fairway and chose our home's lot specifically because of the view ( course, lake and mountains...) and also because we're next to the 'white tee box' so less likely to get hit by stray golf balls!! About 1 1/2 years after moving in is when I went under contract on the rental home advertised here on VRBO, with its first rental being in Spring 2012. We love Encanterra. It is a great community with fun-loving, semi-retired/retired members in over 850 homes! The community continues to grow, and we continue to make new friends! We are originally from Huntington Beach, CA but moved to the Valley in late 2003.

The only time you really need to go through the gates is a trip to the grocery store, just in case you want to cook at home versus eating at one of the 3 on-property eateries! Play tennis, go swimming, join a water volleyball game, sweat in the gym, or relax and rejuvenate in the Day Spa ... just to name a few of the many activities here!

Warm, lovely house. Very relaxing. Inviting and lovely inside. Excellent help from Landlords, although there were not many problems. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home!

We enjoyed the comfort of the home and all of its amenities. We had friends and family visit during our stay and everyone had a good time and loved the home. Great rental rate in comparison to what you got for the price. It included EVERYTHING.

If CANCELLED 91 days OR MORE prior to arrival then 100% of FEES & DEPOSITS + 50% of 1st month's rental is forfeited; NO refunds if cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival. PAYMENT #1 is due immediately after receiving an "Offer To Rent" via email that breaks down the payments for the rental. FINAL PAYMENT #2 is due at least 90 days PRIOR TO arrival.
