Cast your worries aside as you retreat from the hustle and bustle of life to Serenity by the Sea. You will find plenty of room for a large family, multiple families, or a group of couples as you escape from the stress of life at this 4 story home at Casa del Mar. A personal elevator eases your arrival, as you step into this professionally decorated and spacious unit.

On the first floor is a bedroom with a king sized bed, private bath, cable tv and patio with Adirondack chairs to make you comfortable during your stay in paradise. In addition, there is a new stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

Stepping off the elevator onto the second floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen sized bed. Each is inviting with its own private bath, cable tv, beautiful furnishings and furnished balcony that will help transport you to instant relaxation.

The third floor provides an open area for socializing with friends or family. Complete with Kureg and Mr. Coffee Maker for enjoying mornings on the balcony and a blender and Margarita Maker for tropical afternoon coolers. This fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. A table that seats 6 and 4 bar stools allow plenty of space for the cook's friends to keep them company.

The massive living area provides 2 queen sleeper sofas and a large flat screen tv. There is plenty of room to view a favorite movie or ballgame, play games, or to stretch out and just enjoy each other’s company. If you are not interested in the TV or games, just step out onto the balcony to enjoy a book or quiet time.

When you thought there could not possibly be more, you find the loft with a set of bunk beds and a twin bed, adding a private area for the kids or teenagers. Unless, you would rather send the kids to another floor so you can relax on the 4th floor balcony and enjoy a view of the beautiful emerald green water and white powder beach.

In the garage, there is an extra full size refrigerator and hooks for drying towels. Providing 8 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, and cooler make the 2 minute walk from this property to having your toes in the sand a priceless amenity. After you return from a day at the beach, you can cool off in the well maintained pool which is just footsteps from your door.

If you find it too quite here, you can take a short drive to Pier Park in Panama City or The Village of Baytowne Warf in Destin where there are plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Our family resides in central Alabama. Myself, my wife, sister, her husband and my father are the proud owners of Serenity by the Sea. We love spending time together as a family. We enjoy getting away to the beach and just letting our stress and worries float away in the sea breeze.

Why Chris Price chose Florida

We grew up vacationing on these beautiful beaches. We also now have our own children and are trying to share the same experiences with them. You won't find more beautiful beaches anywhere in the United States. When the opportunity presented itself to our family to become owners in this beautiful part of the country, we jumped at that opportunity.

What makes this townhome unique

Some of the things our family love about this location is the ability to escape from all the noise. This location is located on the far west end of Panama City Beach. There are no high-rise condos, no heavy traffic and the beaches almost feel like they are private. This home offers a unique blend of luxury, beachy , and tropical paradise. When you want to be in the middle of things, you are only a 10 minute drive from Pier Park or a 25 minute drive to 30A.

Great home and close to the Beach

We enjoyed our spring Break week. Chris was quick to get back with me when I requested info and was available as needed before and during our vacation. The home is awesome and 50 yards from the pool and a block from the beach. The girls really enjoyed watching the sun set from our loft deck. Hope to stay here again this summer.

Family memories await you!

Recently my family of eleven spent spring break week at this lovely home. Chris, the owner was very helpful from the first inquiry about the home all the way to days after our return home. He has provided everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. In the garage he has provided a grill, beach chairs, cooler and a beach cart. When you enter the home the elevator will make taking groceries or your sun kissed body to two other floors a breeze. Once your on the main floor, the kitchen has everything to cook meals for your family (if you don't feel like cooking the home is close to many tasty restaurants). Each room is decorated beautifully and with views of the sand beach from the top floor balcony, what more can you ask for? Come prepared to enjoy your vacation, with the uncrowded and quite beach directly across the street you will not have load everyone up in the vehicle to start making some memories. If you like shopping and the nightlife it all awaits you a short 10 minute drive down the road. Thank you Chris, for all you have put into making this a home our family will be returning to each and every year.

Nice Winter at the Beach

We are a retired couple who rented for a good part of the winter. We enjoyed our stay. Chris is probably the most accommodating and most responsive owner we have ever rented from. The house was spacious and the elevator was very helpful for groceries and luggage. All beds were comfortable, and when our grandchildren visited, they really loved the sleeping loft. The house is in a quiet neighborhood just across the street from the beach, away from the noise of the more commercial areas of Panama City Beach, but conveniently located between Pier Park and the communities of 30-A. Publix and Wynn-Dixie grocery stores are a very short drive away. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs. We really liked the numerous decks, porches and patios. This is the first place we have rented with a private garage, a real luxury.

All the EXTRAS provided were great!!

We loved staying at this property! Chris was so great to work with so the rental process was easy. It is located in a very quite area... kids wont see things they shouldn't on the beach like they sometimes do in busy areas. However, you can get to restaurants and shopping with 10-15 minutes. They provide a lot of beach chairs, umbrella, cart and cooler.... was great not to have to pack and bring those items. Definitely, will stay here again

Nice house

Nice house, lots of stairs. Parking is a problem if you don't drive small cars. Not far from the pool at all. We enjoyed our stay. Cannot see the beach from the house.

Owner's Response: We always appreciate and value our pasts guests feedback. It is the most important thing we can have to improve the things that we can control. The main thing we always do is share everything we can about the home to not leave any surprises or disapointment for our guests. I always share the layout of the home as well as we have a private elevator within the home for anyone that doesn't want to take the stairs. I also share pictures that show the inside and outside views on the site. There is a beach view from the loft and limited beach view from the 3rd floor. The other information shared and on the agreement is a 3 autos maximum. We instruct one car in the garage and then plenty of room for any 2 vehicles to park right outside the 2 garage doors. We understand our home may not be for every situation which is why we give all the information before booking. Either way, our guests are extremely important and we appreciate all feedback.

We had a great time during our stay. House was very comfortable. It was great having beach chairs and cart there for us to use. There was also a big cooler, but we didn't need to use it. Elevator made it easy to take all the groceries up to the kitchen.
