Modern, nicely furnished, two-bedroom, two-bathroom Cascades condo with ski-in, ski-out access. This is part of the brand new Element 52 development, managed by Auberge, with all the amenities of a luxury hotel. You have a concierge, full gym, pool and hot tub facility, on site ski equipment rentals and driver. In door parking. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and all the sights of the historical former mining town of Telluride.

This residence has a split floor plan with large master bedroom on one side and second bedroom with two full beds and in suite bath on the other. Separating the two bedrooms is the great room with a gas fireplace and gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and soapstone countertops. All the rooms have french doors opening onto the largest deck on the San Miguel river. There is also a fold out couch for an extra guest.

You'll sleep to the sounds of the river. Directly across the river you can walk along a river trail to reach the gondola or Telluride's fine restaurants and shops, a mere few minutes away. Right around the corner is a wine store, a Thai restaurant, a fabulous cocktail bar and a deli.
