The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub along with an over-sized shower and walk-in closet. The master bedroom features a balcony that overlooks a very walkable neighborhood. Downstairs, the cozy living room is perfect for conversations or enjoying sports on the 50' HDTV which sits atop the gas log fire place. Six guests can enjoy meals around the circular dining table or step outside to the covered patio and grill. The well equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. If you don't feel like cooking, you are less than 1/2 mile from The Catfish Hole, one of the best catfish restaurants in all of Northwest Arkansas. There are about 15 different restaurants within one mile of the home. A Neighborhood Walmart and a Harp's Grocery Store are less than one mile away. A Walgreens is located just prior to entering the subdivision. Free WiFi and Dish Satellite are provided for your enjoyment. The two car garage will protect your motorcycles during your stay.

About Grant or Sara
Grant and Sara own 30 rental properties that are used for long term rental. After traveling extensively, we decided that we wanted to try our hand at providing a well equipped short term rental in the ever growing Fayetteville area. Sara grew up less than 10 miles from this home, and we use this house when we are there visiting friends and family. Our daughter is a graduate student at The University of Arkansas and lives less than a mile from this home. We currently live about 3 hours away and love to come to Fayetteville when we get the chance.

Why Grant or Sara chose Fayetteville
We have been looking at this neighborhood since the homes were first constructed about 6 years ago. We think the west side of Fayetteville is the place to be. It is about a 5 minute drive to Razorback Stadium. It is about one mile from I-49 (540) and this growing neighborhood has plenty of amenities to supply your needs. Plus, with such great access, you can move with great ease throughout the area.
What makes this House unique
We love sitting on the front porch, balcony, and the patio. This subdivision will remind you of a slower time when people would sit outside and visit with their neighbors. The street is very safe and very walkable.
