This apartment is in a beautiful building that has been totally renovated inside, and out- no surface is untouched! This wasn't just a 'quick paint' renovation- kitchens and bathrooms were completely torn out, all electric/plumbing/heating in the building is entirely new, all flooring was taken up and replaced, all doors were replaced, and more! The entire project took over a year to complete!
No, you aren't seeing double, we also have another great apartment EXACTLY like this one listed on VRBO. Due to the demand for our first apartment, we decided to enroll another aprtment in the VRBO program. Both apartments have the same mirror-image layouts, and are decorated with the exact same furnishings in the same colors from IKEA. Everything is exactly the same, they are even on the same floor of our building. The other apartment is VRBO property #694870. If you want to book this apartment, but the calendar is full for the dates that you are looking at, please check VRBO property #694870, it may be available

Thank you for looking!
I was born and grew up in Minneapolis, went to the U of M, and am now raising my kids in the area. There is not much in Minneapolis that I haven't heard about, seen, or done.
I have traveled extensively around the US, and the world, and I still keep coming back. I love it here!
Channing purchased this apartment in 2010
My family has renovated many properties over the years, and when I saw this one I knew that it was a great opportunity. It took a lot of time and money, but we are really happy with the way that everything came out.
Wonderful location! Very clean and close to US Bank Stadium. Channing was very accommodating and communication was a breeze! Would recommend this property to all of my friends and family.
Channing met us to give us the walkthrough of this apartment which was about 1/2 mile from downtown Minneapolis. The apartment was small but comfy and very clean. The king size bed was nice and the pull out sofa bed was easy to use as well. Had no problems sleeping or catching enough hot water for showering plus it was a quiet building. Of course, with it being below freezing every night you wouldn't anticipate many people outdoors. I did not like the immediate neighborhood. Observed about a dozen people that appeared to be transients and a woman attempted to burn me with her cigarette as I was trying to get into the building (she was mad I didn't have bus fare for her.) There's a "market" that's two building east of the apartment which had some real shady characters at night. I recommend avoiding that place at all costs. This apartment is across the street from the Housing Authority which is generally consistent with issues.
The laundry room is in the lower level and takes quarters which bummed me out but we made due. Overall a 4 star. Use the Tram. The US Bank stadium stop is about a 13 minute walk from the apartment.
Really nice apartment. We met the owner in the parking lot and were shown the property and where everything was. Very clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed. The rooms are actually a bit bigger than the photos make them look. It was a great location for our needs...we were attending a convention and it was just a quick walk to the convention center, and an even quicker drive when we picked up our daughters late one night. There isn't much in the immediate neighborhood, but it's just a quick drive downtown, or a reasonable walk. The sofa bed was a bit small for two adult sized teens, but they did fine. We would consider staying here again if we come back next year!
Great location close to downtown. Spacious, clean and well-stocked with all the amenities one could need. Owner was easy to work with, and responded to our inquiries in a very timely manner.
We will be in Minneapolis a lot in the next four years (oldest is attending U of M), and will definitely stay here again!
I spent 4 nights here in early October - the apartment is great - everything you need for a comfortable stay. Close to town and transport I really enjoyed coming back every evening after a tiring day sightseeing to relax - highly recommended - thanks.
Thanks so much for a clean, comfortable retreat.. I was thoroughly impressed with the hospitality you showed me upon arrival. The condo was impeccably clean and fully stocked! The location is great for ease of access to many areas of Minneapolis.
This is a great location that is very convenient to all that downtown Minneapolis, and nearby St. Paul have to offer! This area has teams in all 4 of the major sports (NFL, MLB, NHL, and NBA), is second to NYC for theatres per capita, has many museums, outdoor activities aplenty, is very big on the craft beer brewery scene, has the world famous Mall of America, and so much more!
