Owner/Manager purchased this cottage in 2013
Charming, unique and oh so comfortable. Why worry about parking or drinking and driving. Reserved parking in the entertainment district and a very short stroll to the hottest spots.
Wonderful screened in porch for sipping and watching. Location and comfort, an easy and relaxed place to unwind and enjoy the best of Fayetteville .
Great location and perfect spot with a great front porch. Comfortable and well kept with everything you need. Two thumbs up!
This home is one block off Dickson Street. My husband and I stayed there while visiting our daughter at University of Arkansas. We were able to walk to the football game and her apartment at Sterling District. We also walked to restaurants and the liquor store. The home is small but very clean with a great kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and updated. Parking was on the street right in front of the home. Great screened in porch to have your coffee on in the mornings. The owner was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this rental!
Wife and I stayed in this charming cottage for Parent's Weekend. Was perfect! tastefully decorated. Updated throughout.
Cooked dinner in fully stocked kitchen and dined on the screened-in front porch by candlelight. Walked to Dickson Street, walked to Farmer's Market on the square.
Parent's / Razorback fans will love this place. I'm writing the review is because our son is a Senior - otherwise I would want to keep it a secret.
