Fantastic Home For Families - Close To Beaver Creek And Vail!

This is our newly renovated summer and winter home. Our family has owned this home since 1983 and it is truly our cherished home away from home. We have a long love-affair with the Vail Valley as there is just so much to do - Alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing in the winter. Hiking, biking, climbing, fishing, rafting, golfing, camping in the summer. We spend as much time as possible enjoying this awesome setting. HOWEVER, it is not our full-time home and we are getting tired of it sitting empty when someone like you could be enjoying it! Plus we have some future projects in mind that rental income will allow us to someday pursue. So if you are looking for a beautiful, well equipped, ideal location for your vacation and don't want to pay astronomical mountainside-condo or hotel prices, you have stumbled upon an absolute gem here. Located in the neighborhood community of Eagle Vail, you are close to everything the Vail Valley has to offer. You are minutes from skiing at Beaver Creek Resort and Vail, whether by car or via the Eagle County transit system.

Please be aware that while we rent this house to both earn some revenue and to share our home, we will not rent to anyone who will not respect and value our home as if it were your own. This is not a hotel room or a full-time rental unit. Please only contact us if you have a true interest in renting 'our home' to use as yours, while treating it with the utmost respect. You will not be dissatisfied or disappointed with any of its features, amenities, or location we can promise you that! Within 10 minutes in any direction, you can drive to the towns of Vail, Minturn, Avon, Edwards and the village of Beaver Creek for dining, shopping, browsing and people-watching. The grocery and a Walmart are each minutes away if you prefer to stock the house with food for your stay and enjoy dining in, watching a movie on the DVD player and enjoying a warm fire in the fireplace. Vail and Beaver Creek both offer great late afternoon and evening kids activities including ice-skating and tubing.

This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 1-bunkroom duplex is a fully furnished, fully equipped home ready for your use. The basement is great for the kids with cozy lofts and a flat-screen tv and blu-ray player. Flexible check-in and Check-out times upon request. Pets permitted on a case-by-case basis and our back-yard is fenced-in if you bring a pet for a rental during the non-snow months. Multiple day and multiple week discounts may be available. We will even consider monthly rates (though the only time we typically would have full months available would be during the spring and fall shoulder seasons). About Lisa and Brent Goldstein

We are from the Washington, DC area but like to spend as much time in Vail as possible. Brent is a life-long skier and former ski-racer and Lisa has become a great skier after years of chasing Brent and our three daughters around the mountain. During the early part of our marriage, we really only used the home during the winter. However, once our kids got older, we truly discovered the awe and wonder of summers in the Vail Valley and now we know first-hand why all the locals say 'you come for the winter, but stay for the summer.'

Location, Location, Location! We wanted to be nestled in the mountains with easy access to Skiing, Hiking, and the entire Vail Valley. Our home is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is central to everything the Vail Valley has to offer. We do not compete with the expensive slope-side condos and our furnishings are homey and comfortable, not opulent. It is the perfect place to crash after skiing without worrying where you can put your feet!

Great place for families with young children

This house was the perfect amount of space for our group of 12 up to the mountains (6 adults, 6 young kids). The downstairs bunk area was great for the kids! Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. Just a quick 5 min drive to BC. Brent was very responsive with our needs.

Cozy, clean, close to everything

Great place. 5-10 min drive to Vail, Beaver Creek, Edwards. Enjoyed the real wood fire place, nice TVs, and big kitchen. Missed not having a hot tub but no big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Feels like home!

Everything about our experience was great. We would have been happy to stay for longer. The owners are engaged from the time of booking; the home is very comfortable and perfectly appointed for a family (or families); well-stocked kitchen; awesome bunk room for kids (basement), dual masters (upstairs); full cable tv options and more. Also, convenient access to Beaver Creek. Not much in walking distance, but short drive to most restaurants, skiing, etc.

Spring Break 2016

Brent and Lisas' condo was a perfect location for our Summit Cty spring break. The condo is roomy, warm and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. We ate every breakfast and dinner at their huge dinning room table. Communication between Brent or Pablo (property mgr) was timely.

Powder week

We had a great time at the house, the kids loved the downstairs bunk beds and game area and we enjoyed the expansive space to spread out and relax. Very comfortable. We had two families with a total of 8 skiers. Plenty of room for all. Close to both Vail and Beaver Creek.

The snow was great too, powder everyday!
