This immaculate 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in a small complex has it all. It will be hard for you to leave!

The unit is waterfront on the 200 foot wide Gulf Access Rubicon Canal. The swimming pool and hot tub are just steps from the large ground floor lanai. The unit has a great, open floor plan. The master bedroom is spacious with a king bed, flat screen TV and 5 piece master bath. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have canal views!!

There is a private single car garage with direct access to the unit. Additional parking is available for guests.

This complex is much newer than many in the Cape Coral area. It was built in 1997 and only has 8 units which means there's always a seat at the pool! There is also a shared dock with a tiki bar for relaxing by the canal to watch the sunset, for fishing or just viewing the marine life.
