This complex is much newer than many in the Cape Coral area. It was built in 1997 and only has 8 units which means there's always a seat at the pool! There is also a shared dock with a tiki bar for relaxing by the canal to watch the sunset, for fishing or just viewing the marine life.

Additional information about rental rates
Renters must be approved by HOA. $100 application fee. Return renters do not need to go through same process again. Renters are expected to use only reasonable amounts of water and electricity. Usage of over $100 monthly for electrical and $100 monthly for water will be deducted from security deposit.
