Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The layout of this house works well for a group, with 4 beds for couples and a set of bunk beds downstairs. Also great is the fact that it has 4 separate full baths. However, the showerheads should be replaced as some of them kind of dribble water out no matter how you adjust them. The main living area is nice and open to the kitchen & dining table so everyone can hang out at night. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are top notch. The only other downside is that the house sleeps 10 but the hot tub only fits 3, and is most comfortable with only 2 people.
Beautiful home. The heating situation was uncomfortable at night....very hot in some rooms and freezing in others. Well stocked kitchen.
This property was in a great location for us. We were able to be close to our son who was staying out there to train for the month. We spent Thanksgiving there with our family and found the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The property was close to the grocery store and anything else we needed and it is a short drive to downtown Park City.
There was not enough snow to ski yet but this property was close to ski resorts as well.
All in All it was a great place to stay with our family.
It was a decent place but needs some updates and improvements. The carpet is nasty and the living room had this musty stinky smell. Not sure if it was the area rug or the couches. Also, the hot tub was cold. We called the customer service center the first morning and they said they'd send local management to look. No one ever came. One of the main reasons we get these Bear Hollow condos is for the private hot tub, so we were pretty disappointed that we could never use it. Some of the floors were kind of dirty too.
The kitchen was well stocked. Check-in and check-out were easy.
Plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 kids. The foosball table is a great touch and the hot tub was nice to relax in the evenings. The complex is nice and quiet as well. Pool is very convenient and plenty of walking paths. We'd definitely return.
