About Vacasa, UT - Utah Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great for a family weekend!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here! The furnishings and decor were great. All the bathrooms had nice rustic tile. The place was clean and felt new. Beautiful kitchen and well stocked with pans and utensils. We enjoyed having the different levels and plenty of room. A note though, the fifth bedroom is a very small room with a bunkbed in it . Probably best for smaller children. The stairs are full flights of stairs, so my husband and I chose the queen on the main level (which you still have to access by a flight of stairs) rather than the K room upstairs. It was nice having a garage space and driveway to park in. The location was great for activities near kimball junction. We spent a day at the Olympic park and easily came back home for lunch. Check in and out was easy and all in all, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Good house for a group

  • 4 of 5

The layout of this house works well for a group, with 4 beds for couples and a set of bunk beds downstairs. Also great is the fact that it has 4 separate full baths. However, the showerheads should be replaced as some of them kind of dribble water out no matter how you adjust them. The main living area is nice and open to the kitchen & dining table so everyone can hang out at night. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are top notch. The only other downside is that the house sleeps 10 but the hot tub only fits 3, and is most comfortable with only 2 people.

This property was in a great location for us. We were able to be close to our son who was staying out there to train for the month. We spent Thanksgiving there with our family and found the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. The property was close to the grocery store and anything else we needed and it is a short drive to downtown Park City.

There was not enough snow to ski yet but this property was close to ski resorts as well.

All in All it was a great place to stay with our family.

It was a decent place but needs some updates and improvements. The carpet is nasty and the living room had this musty stinky smell. Not sure if it was the area rug or the couches. Also, the hot tub was cold. We called the customer service center the first morning and they said they'd send local management to look. No one ever came. One of the main reasons we get these Bear Hollow condos is for the private hot tub, so we were pretty disappointed that we could never use it. Some of the floors were kind of dirty too.

The kitchen was well stocked. Check-in and check-out were easy.
