Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Nice unit facing the woods and the delivery driveway. Almost everything is there. Very convenient to the Squaw Creek chair (slow chair). Shuttle available every 30 min to the main base and the other lifts. Don't expect daily housekeeping which is what I really don't need. But they should provide at least a bar of soap in the beginning. The units needs slight updating. The hinges in the front door is coming apart. But over all nice.
We enjoyed staying at squaw creek when we came for skiing and Winter Wondergrass. The shuttle was convenient and the squaw creek property was relaxing and open. It was great to get away from the crowds at the base of squaw at the end of the day and enjoy the calm and relaxation at Squaw Creek. The Condo was very clean and comfortable and we hope to stay again this year!
I came with my son to ski over the New Year's holiday. Little did we know that there was going to be a HUGE snowstorm, The room was perfect for staying cozy during the storm with the fireplace in the living room and kitchenette for cocoa. When it was time to ski, we picked up our equipment from the ski valet downstairs, purchased whatever we had forgotten at the ski shop and walked over to be picked up by the shuttle. It couldn't have been more convenient.
The resort at squaw Creek is this lovely place to stay. Great great spa, great golf, great pool, great food. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful although we were overcharged for our services at the spa.
We came to Squaw Creek for a conference and had a great stay with our 3 1/2 year old. The scenery is spectacular. The resort is close to Tahoe City for summer activities (a great playground at Commons Beach), golf and lifts for skiing. We spent a lot of time at the pool and were impressed with the service and food. Delicious and great quality for a resort serving hundreds of people. The resort offers a shuttle to the Squaw base twice an hour. At the base we enjoyed mini golf, trampolines, restaurants, shopping and a tram ride up the mountain. The unit was comfortable. The kitchen functions well for minor cooking. No housekeeping is provided so plan on buying/brining toilet paper and paper towels. Free self parking is nice. Bizarre design on the cabinets with the toe kick attached to the sink doors in the kitchen and bathroom. Our daughter scraped the tops of her toes twice before learning. Overall a great stay and we'd come back.
