This 1 bedroom / 2 bath unit offers privacy and comfort with over 1000 square feet of living space plus a large patio with retractable patio doors for enjoying the Hawaii weather, lifestyle and BBQ meals from your home away from home.

Great for a couple or small family, the condo is tastefully furnished (new Pergo flooring and window coverings installed 2017) with a comfortable California King bed (purchased Jan 2013) in the master as well as a double sofa sleeper in the living room. The Master bathroom has a tub / shower combo and separate water closet while the guest bathroom is equipped with a stall shower. A new washer and dryer (2014) as well as Sonos wireless speakers in the living room and bath/bedroom area allows your to enjoy commercial-free music in the entire condo by simply downloading the free Sonos application to your phone, tablet and laptop. The kitchen is fully stocked with a new oven, microwave, and refrigerator (replaced in 2015); just bring your groceries and beachwear, and enjoy all that Maui has to offer!

The Palms at Wailea complex is conveniently located between Kihei and central Wailea, and just a short 10 minute walk to the beach, The Shops at Wailea, and the spectacular resorts such as the Four Seasons, The Grand Wailea and the new Andaz. Beautifully landscaped and maintained, the grounds also include a large pool and spa for your enjoyment, as well as an activity desk to book your adventures.

Nothing beats The Palms at Wailea

We LOVE this complex and have stayed in several different units. This unit was no exception. It was well cared for and clean - reasonably appointed.

Livin’ is so easy on Maui and this complex is easy driving to many of those outstanding beaches in Wailea.

Beautiful grounds with spacious accomodations

Great unit and location. Close to pool and quiet at night. We love the use of the washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Snorkel gear and boogie boards were available in the closet, which was a plus. Not all units are stocked with these. A few things I would suggest: sun chairs on the patio need upholstering and the carpet could use a cleaning. Otherwise we loved the unit!

Bargain for the Area

Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and good air conditioning in bedroom. Small television and not so comfortable living room furniture. Very private lawn area separated from busy intersection by five foot hedge that obstructs sight of traffic but not noise on the lanai. Bargain priced for the The Palms at Wailea.

Everything you need for vacation

The Buddha Beach condo was the perfect vacation rental for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 small boys. The right amount of space when we were lounging around. This condo has way more pros than staying in a resort. Washer/dryer and the fully equipped kitchen helped save money so we wouldn't have to eat out for every meal. It's modern and kept very clean. The best part is the outdoor eating area and large grass area. We used it daily for eating meals and just enjoying the beautiful breeze. Ken was also great to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Mahalo Ken!

Great Place!!

I stayed with my 2 boys (10 & 13) and we loved this rental. It was very clean and comfortable, quiet, close to amenities and many great beaches, lots of sand toys, boogie boards, chairs and beach gear and a beautiful pool.
