Overall very good - a few changes would make it great

  • 4 of 5

The condo location was great, easy access to everything and on a nice side street. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels in each bathroom. The kitchen had everything, except only 1 dish towel and the oven was hard to figure out. Directions for the oven would have been helpful. The only major negative for me was the air conditioning. It was not possible to get the temp below 75 even though the weather while we were here was not super hot. Fans are provided to help with the heat. Austin was easy to work with and flexible on check in time.

Great location

  • 4 of 5

The location is wonderful. You can walk between the downtown area and the highlands.

The condo is better in person than in the photos. It also over looks a little square right before the pedestrian bridge.

Full cable including the Disney channel which is great if you have kids.

Washer and dryer is also wonderful to have if traveling with a family.

Designated parking spot

Communication with the owner is slow, shoudl be better

The AC doesn't go below 69 degrees. It sounds like that would be plenty cold but there were days we were a little warm. Not that big of a deal because we didn't spend much time in the condo anyways.

On Saturday night we came home and the entire condo had an horrible overpowering smell. The next morning the smell was gone and we never smelled it again. It could have come from the restaurant/pub below??

Overall I would recommend this condo. Austin put out little shampoos and lotions which was nice. You can't beat the location. You can walk to Union Station, highlands and all downtown. The place was also clean.

Convenient location for LoDo and 16th street mall, underground secure parking included.

  • 4 of 5

Despite being directly above a restaurant/bar unit was not at all noisy. Great construction-crane and people- watching from balcony overlooking the Millennium Bridge. Nice kitchen, though stove was stuck on celsius setting (use a conversion table if you bake). Comfortable couch and chairs. Host was helpful and accessible.

It was cool when we were there for four days in April (snow at Rockies game) but air conditioning was marginal (perpetually set at 69, but never got that low, even when 40 outside), not sure how it would be in summer.

Nice master bedroom and bath. Second bedroom was very sparse: no bedside table, shelf or closet, nowhere to hang clothes or set keys or glasses or anything else in that bedroom, other than the floor.

Best condo we have stayed at in Denver

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved this condo for so many reasons. First reason being the location. My husband and I love to people watch and this was the place for that. A portion of our trip was just sitting on the patio watching people walk by. There was also security in the outside area of the condos throughout the day and a portion of the night which made us feel safe. Even though we felt it was a safe area already. Even with all the people walking by and the restaurant/bar right below us, it wasn't a loud area at all. The condo was very clean and kept up. I loved all the Denver/Colorado decor. Just like the pictures show it was very modern with high end furnishings/appliances. The king bed was very comfortable as well. Austin was a great host. We didn't have any problems on our trip but I know if we did he would of been there to help. The condo had everything we needed and then some. Books/guides for the area, bathroom toiletries and everything you would need to cook and dine in plus so much more. I would highly recommend staying at this condo. Everything was perfect. I know if we plan another trip to Denver we will definitely want to stay at this condo again. We have stayed at other condos in Denver and this by far was the best one in the best location.

Would stay again.

  • 5 of 5

Austin was a great host and we had a wonderful time in the loft. The location was my favorite part. When I travel I love to park the car and not get back in until I check out. We enjoyed people watching from the window and the balcony. The loft was very clean and I always felt safe in area which is important to me when I am unfamiliar with the city. I would recommend to my fellow travelers.
