LOCATION was outstanding to all sporting events and Convention Center. Walking distance to lots of dining. Apt was modern, clean, comfortable and secure. Austin was a PLEASURE to work with. Definitely come back again!!!!

Comfortable and convenient

The condo is exactly as described. We appreciated the convenience of the location and appreciated the underground garage space. The beds are very comfortable and a really great master bath. Austin was very accommodating. It is a perfect place from which 4 women based their tour of Denver. We would definitely come back!

On foot in the big city

Austin's condo is well-located - close to Union Station, the riverside parks and trails, the free 16th Street mall bus, REI, a variety of restaurants, the Denver Art Museum, etc. The condo itself is modern and clean with comfortable furniture and beds, nice bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private covered balcony overlooking the Millennium Bridge. This area is dense, and during the day the construction noise can be irritating; but for the traveler without a car, it's a great base. King Soopers is walkable for groceries, and a soon-to-be-completed Whole Foods will be even closer.
