This vacation home offers just enough distance from the bustle of the city. Downtown Boise is just one mile away, but the bustling neighborhood of Hyde Park is even closer: just two blocks away, you'll find cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, museums, a zoo and even a great little ice cream parlor. Plus, hiking, mountain biking, and tennis await at Camel's Back Park, just three blocks away.

This apartment is the upper level of a beautifully-maintained triplex, giving you a nice view and some distance from the sound of traffic. Simply designed for comfort and for those who are constantly on the move, the living room, with its TV and cute table for two, also turns into a bedroom when you pull out the queen-size sleeper in the sofa (and yes, there's a door for total privacy at night!). The window offers swaths of warm sunlight, giving the room a welcoming and relaxing appeal. This home now has Netflix and two internet providers to make sure you stay connected!

The kitchen, located across the hall, has all the necessities: stove top/oven, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. There's plenty of counter space for more than one pair of hands in the kitchen. And, for added ease, your washer and dryer are also in the kitchen, with its own counter space to fold and sort your laundry!

Across the hall from the kitchen is the second bedroom, with a queen-sized bed. Located between this bedroom and the kitchen is a full bathroom with a shower stall and more gorgeous natural light.

Step outside to discover a spacious fenced yard and patio, which is shared by the triplex residents. Light up the gas grill on warm summer days and enjoy outdoor meals under the shade of the patio umbrella. There is also an outdoor firepit for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores.

This lovely apartment sleeps two to four people comfortably. While it's the coziest of the three apartments in this triplex, it's the perfect home base for a lively couple or a few good friends who want to spend their days exploring all that Boise has to offer! However, if you prefer more space, please inquire about renting the entire home or one of the larger apartments in this refurbished home.

                                                      What's not to like! An adorable little apartment. The location is fantastic- only 2 blocks from 13th st Pub and Grill, close to a park, great little boutique shopping, and easy to get downtown, and to the freeway. The only thing missing- ice....so pick up a bag, and enjoy it as I did.

                                                      The location can't be beat. The beds were hard as rocks, the sheets were ragged and the house was definitely on a tilt. You get what you pay for, I guess.

                                                      Thank you for your feedback, we're glad you enjoyed the Hyde Park area of Boise's historic North End. While the house was built in 1910 and is unique, it's not on a tilt. We have replaced the sheets. The sofabed mattress has be replaced with a new memory foam mattress.

                                                      Overall, we enjoy staying at Vacasa's Hyde Park Delight very much. It's clean, quiet, conveniently located, and well-maintained. The only things that would make it better are mentioned above: new sofa bed mattress, one more blanket, new bed linens, and more TV channel choices.

The owner has replaced the sofabed mattress with a new memory foam mattress. We have added more blankets and replaced the linens. The TV has an antenna and gets the major over the air channels, the TV is setup with Neflix for guest use.
