Definitely sleeps three adults. The bed in the smaller room will fit only one larger person. Appliances are all good.

Great Location but Outdated Property with Questionable Management

Location is fantastic and near a brand new Whole Foods which is likely the best things about this development. Its a 15min drive to Main Street in Park City, 35min drive to Alta/Snowbird.

4 of us stayed for 3 nights in December. I expected a great experience especially after the roughly 50% add on for services/fees and multiple emails from VACASA oddering their services. Arrived to find the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable in either rooms, 2nd bed is a full size and barely fits 2 ppl, walls were thin (could hear neighboring units and people entering/exiting their units from 2nd bedroom), and appliances and shower are all old. When we arrived, we found a load of laundry still in the washer machine along with a pair of sweats...probably left by the previous group. Went to use the glassware and it was not clean so we washed them prior to use. Wanted to use the hot tub but couldn't find any information on its whereabouts and its such a massive property, there is no info or way finding available. Called the property management and they couldn't tell us where it was. Got disconnected, called again, they said they would call back and i got a call from someone who thought i had a different problem. Overall, disappointing. Will likely opt for a hotel next time.

We had a great time ... location is perfect and the apartment had everything we needed .... only draw back, is that it does not have AC ..... but the nights are cool so it helps
