Why Karen Aller chose Indian Shores
We purchased this property with an eye towards our retirement. We love the soft white sand beaches and the large number of golf courses nearby. The ability to watch the sunrise over the intercostal and the sunset over the Gulf.
What makes this Bungalow unique
In an area full of condos we loved the idea of a private home. We love the screened in porch and the fish tiles in the jacuzzi tub.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was wonderful and super close to the beach. The area was fantastic. Not overly crowded, and great local spots. We would definitely come back.
Glad you had good time, we enjoy our beach and the fact it is not so crowded.
Great location. Very cute bungalow. Had everything we needed. People around the area very friendly! We appreciated being so close to police department and Marine Sheriffs office. Fun to watch the activity.
Very comfortable and close to a wonderful beach
Nicely decorated with a beach theme. Loved being so close to the intercoastal for fishing and the gulf for swimming. Great restaurants nearby.
My husband and I along with our 25 year old son, 5 year old granddaughter and brother spent 8 nights at the bungalow and it was AWESOME!! Steps away from the beach, had toys for the little one (scooter had about 100 miles put on it) bikes beach toys etc. This property is amazing!! I read the reviews where people were complaining about it being loud and I disagree. The police station is right across the street, however, not 1 time did they go racing out with lights and sirens blaring. The police officers made our granddaughter feel really special as each time they would leave she would wave and they would flash their lights at her and wave back . The property is fantastic, we will definitely stay again when we are in Indian Shores!! The owner is amazing as well as I added 1 night at the very end and it was no problem. Love this property and would definitely recommend to friends and family!!
We loved it and will be vacationing there again !!
This unit was everything as described...No surprises. Unit was very clean and well equipped. We loved the location... across the street from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and very close to main land for golf and shopping as needed. Great for families flying in...just bring your own clothes and your set. They furnished chairs, towels, bikes, etc! We would highly recommend this unit for anyone who loves the beach !!!
We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to your return.
The location is excellent!
It is only about a half of a block walk to the beach. The sunsets are spectacular! The house was clean and very well equipped with all the beach necessities. The kitchen had nice new appliances and all you need. On the down side, the beds were uncomfortable and in need of new mattresses. The side street next to the living room is busy and can get so loud that you can't hear the tv. Just a note to say Pinellas County is NOT dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the parks. You can only walk them on the streets.
Thanks for your stay. Watching the sunset is one of our favorite activities. Our beds are less then three years old, but we do understand that bed firmness/softness varies by person.
Indian Shores is a small, quiet beach community located along the Gulf Coast of the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Beaches. Home to over two and one-half miles of pristine beaches, the City of Indian Shores provides nine beach accesses, eight are pedestrian, the large one for parking is Tiki Gardens with facilities and close to the Park Boulevard public boat ramp. Recently, the City of Indian Shores replaced its road infrastructure, buried its utility lines, and now offers both pedestrian and bicycle right-of-ways.
Our beach bungalow is located next to the municipal center with playground, lighted tennis court, restrooms, covered pavilion and fishing pier. Walking distance to Salt Rock Grill for when you don't want to cook dinner and Indian Shores Coffee for your morning muffin and coffee.
