Upper-level loft area is a casual TV room with large couch and love seat (which are also comfortable to sleep on if you want to fit 5-6 people). In-unit washer and dryer are also located on the second level.
The main level contains the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas, with luxurious black granite countertops, maple cabinetry, and all stainless steel appliances as well as bar-height stools and a bar-height dining table with 4 chairs. From the main level, you can walk out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air.
Condo has 1400 of square foot living space. Main level is hard wood flooring; bedrooms and upper loft is carpeted. Modern and stylish décor and paint color scheme.

About the owner: I have lived in Milwaukee for over 11 years and truly love what this city has to offer: great restaurants, inspiring architecture, awesome festivals, cultural activities, lots of outdoor activities, and amazing people. My work has taken me to the Southwest U.S., but I still come back and stay in my condo a few times a year.
