2 Bed, 2 Bath Loft w/ Balcony & Garage Parking; close to all MKE attractions

This is a beautifully decorated 1400 square foot, two-level loft condo with a bedroom, full bathroom, and walk-thru closets on each level; kitchen, dining area, sitting area, desk, and private balcony on the lower level; and living room (TV) and laundry on the upper level. High-end maple wood doors and cabinetry with granite countertops throughout the condo. Renovated and refreshed in 2018 with new flooring and carpet throughout the condo, fresh paint, and new clothes washer/dryer, 55" Vizio SmartCast TV, and loft ceiling fan.

STAY RESTED & RELAXED:

Each bedroom is beautifully painted and furnished with a QUEEN size bed with 4 standard pillows, nightstand, dresser, full-length mirror, fold-able luggage stand, and lamp(s). Upper bedroom has a newer memory foam mattress on a dark wood platform bed frame; lower level bedroom has a plush pillow-topped mattress on a box spring and cherry wood sleigh bed frame. The closets are stocked with hangers, iron and ironing board, hamper, and just in case you need it - a floor fan to circulate the air while you sleep.

Each bathroom has a tub & shower with curved curtain rods to give you the most room and comfort. Luxurious granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, and medicine cabinet / side mirror in each bathroom. The linen closet is located in the upstairs bathroom with plenty of extra bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, complimentary toiletry items, cleaning supplies, and bath tissue. Hair dryer also provided.

STAY ENTERTAINED & CONNECTED:

Upper-level loft is a casual TV entertainment room with a great view over the loft and out the floor-to-ceiling windows facing south. This room was just updated and refreshed in 2018 with a NEW 55" Vizio SmartCast TV with 125 Cable channels, DVD player, DVD library, and 200 Mbps cable wireless Internet with 2.4 and 5.0 GHz frequencies. With the Vizio SmartCast TV, simply download the SmartCast app to your phone or tablet, connect to the TV over wifi, and cast YOUR own content from YOUR device onto the TV - without having to log in to each of your accounts on the TV - Brilliant! Peace of mind - with this technology, when you check out and leave you don't need to worry if you kept your Netflix or Hulu account logged in on this TV. You can also use your device as the tv remote to control playback, volume, tv input and settings.

STAY COMFORTABLE:

The loft also features a large, ultra comfortable microfiber couch and love seat with soft throw pillows and blankets, coffee table, and end table. Want to sleep 5-6 people? These couches are so comfortable that you can plan to sleep on them if you want to fit 5-6 people in the unit (the love seat may not be suitable for an adult to sleep, but a child would be comfortable).

In-unit clothes washer and dryer are also located on the second level, in the loft closet. New front-load stacked laundry machines installed in 2018.

STAY SATISFIED:

The main level (lower level) contains the kitchen, dining, and sitting areas. The kitchen boasts luxurious black granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, and all stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, dish washer, and garbage disposal. Other kitchen tools include blender, mixer, and crock pot.

Like coffee or espresso? There's a coffee bean grinder, Keurig single-cup machine with reusable K-cup, and a traditional 10-cup drip coffee maker.

The kitchen is fully stocked with drinking glasses, wine glasses, martini glasses, margarita glasses, coffee mugs, beer mugs, plates, bowls, utensils, knives, pots, pans, baking dishes, cutting boards, rolling pin, plastic food storage containers, paper towels, tin foil, plastic wrap, plastic storage bags, and several spices and pantry items.

A 3-stool bar height breakfast counter overlooks the kitchen. There is also a bar-height dining table with 4 chairs, chaise chair, ottoman, and drafters desk in the main level. From the main level, you can walk out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Marie and Lori are your local contacts in Milwaukee. Look at the reviews and you'll see that these ladies take incredible care of each guest and the condo. Marie will coordinate with you before your arrival and meet you at the condo to greet you, hand over keys, show you the condo, and answer any questions you have upon check in. They are also your primary contacts for any maintenance issues, questions, housekeeping, or any additional services you need during your stay. Self check-in is also an option, and they can provide you instructions on that if needed.

HOUSEKEEPING:

Every reservation is charged a one-time cleaning fee of $115 to clean the condo after you check out. Long-term stays over 45 consecutive nights are scheduled for interim cleanings every 30 days during your stay for a fee of $100 per cleaning. The interim cleanings also allow Marie and Lori to ensure everything is working correctly and to conduct routine maintenance. If you desire additional cleaning visits during your stay, regardless of the duration of your reservation, we can schedule those for $100 per visit. There is no daily housekeeping service available.

PETS:

You may bring up to two of your furry companions with you. There are pet food/water bowls in the entry closet, but you should plan to bring any other pet specific items with you, including a suitable lockable crate if the pet(s) will be left unattended in the condo. There is a nonrefundable $75 pet fee per visit which is used to cover additional cleaning or carpet shampooing when you check out. Be sure to notify us when you make the reservation.

Pet Requirements:

• Documentation from veterinarian, upon request

• Must be at least 1 year old

• Must be spayed or neutered

• Must be up to date on rabies and other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended.

• Treated for fleas and ticks

MINIMUM STAY & EXTENDED STAY:

Standard minimum stay is 3 nights. I may reduce this to 2 nights for near-term time periods (short notice reservations within the next 1-2 month window), during Summerfest, and during seasons of lower demand.

Extended stays and long-term reservations are desired! Reservations of 7+ nights get 10% off the base rate; 28+ nights get 35% off the base rate! Reservations of 30+ nights are tax exempt.

I first moved to Milwaukee in 1998 and truly love what this city has to offer: great restaurants, inspiring architecture, awesome festivals, cultural activities, lots of outdoor activities, and amazing people. My work has taken me to the Southwest U.S., but I still come back and stay in my condo a few times a year. I'm a U.S. Air Force veteran.

We’ve stayed here twice and impressed both times. Very clean and modern and very close to just about everything. Everyone was pleasant to work with and will stay here the next time in Milwaukee. Hidden gem.

Lovely convenient location

Very nice accommodations. Very spacious condo. With four people staying in the condo it nice one bedroom was on the main level and the other bedroom was upstairs. Centrally located to get to downtown and Miller Park. Definitely would stay here again.

Fun in Bayview

Great 2 bedroom loft style apartment within walking distance to a lot of great coffee shops, restaurants. Easy access to a lot of City activities as well. The place was very well kept, clean with lot of nice amenities. The owner and manager answered my questions and allowed us to check in early. Highly recommended and would stay here again. Lovely condo

Thank you for the stay. The condo is well appointed, comfortable, and felt spacious even with 5 of us there. The owner was pleasant to work wth and responsive to questions. I also appreciate that the owner did not charge us an extra fee for bringing all of our children. We loved the area, too. The condo is within easy walking distance of a lovely coffee shop and several places to eat.

Comfortable with accommodating owner & manager!

The condo is just right for 2-4 people.

Indoor parking is convienient.

It has a new washer & dryer & is otherwise well equipped & supplied.

The neighborhood, Bayview, has many excellent restaurants & coffee houses, breweries, a bowling alley, a movie theater & much more.

My husband & I are repeat renters. It's our Milwaukee home away from home. We'll be back!

Amazing, funky neighborhood
