This spacious 2BR/2BA is outfitted with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms have plush towels , bedrooms with soft linens, and the property even has a small grill on the private patio with breathtaking views of downtown Denver and the mountains.

You are located right on the 16th St Mall and can walk to everything downtown Denver has to offer! The convention center is 3 blocks away, as well as 100s of Denver's top restaurants and nightlife destinations. You can hop on the free shuttle or walk to Coors Field, Pepsi Center, Mile High Stadium/Sports Authority Field as well as museums, live music venues, the Opera, Performing Arts complex to name a few! The location is truly unbeatable.

There is 1 king and 1 queen, plus an oversized queen air mattress. It will sleep 5 comfortably.

1 parking space is included.

This condo has everything you need to make your stay feel like home.

We also own a local wine/liquor wholesale company can provide wine and spirits at wholesale cost that can be picked up across the street from your building.

Beautiful condo....but WARNING!

I am not actually writing a review for #614778, because while that is the condo we booked, it is not the one we got. This owners have two condo's in the building. One has a queen in the 2nd bedroom and one has 2 twins. I booked #614778 which has two twins, but was unknowingly moved to #702444 and did not know until I checked in and nothing could be done. I was told I did not request the twin beds....IF YOU WANT THE TWINS IN THE 2ND BEDROOM, MAKE SURE TO MAKE THAT CLEAR! (same goes for air mattress, there is not one in the unit, they brought us a cot that was literally sleeping on springs). That said #702444 is beautiful, amazing views, the concierge in the building was very nice and accommodating, the fitness room and amenities were so nice and the location was better than we could have ever imagined!! Surrounded by everything you need and walk everywhere! It was a wonderful place to stay!!! I feel bitter because we did not have the sleeping arrangements we booked. But definitely stay here, it was amazing. Just be sure to be specific with your needs and don't assume you are getting the condo you booked! (also the view is much better than the pictures and the living room furniture is different than the pictures. A gray fabric couch, and leather was nice)

The apartment was very comfortable for our party of 5. Nicely furnished and clean, great location, very helpful staff and concierge. 5 stars for sure and if we visit Denver again - definitely would stay here again !

Awesome stay in Denver

Nothing but positives. Amazing views, beautiful unit, fantastic location, extremely clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating and comfortable beds! You can tell the unit is well taken care of. Britt was easy to work with, gave incredible restaurant recommendations (still drooling over those soup dumplings) and overall we had a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Great Location! Wonderful condo!

We had a Mother/Daughter Trip at this downtown condo. The condo is bright, quiet, and clean! The beds were very comfortable. The building the condo is in was easy to get around in. The staff is friendly, and they have free coffee in the lobby every morning. The condo is 1/2 block away from the 16th Street Walking Mall that has a ton of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. We ate every meal by bringing food in from these places or eating in them. Food in downtown Denver is reasonably priced. Most of our trip we spent sightseeing there in downtown. It is easy to walk to most places. There is also a free bus on the mall, and an electric tram that will take you places in the area. We had a great time!
