Our downtown Nashville home was recently renovated and redecorated in upscale “Urban Luxe” style by Franklin TN decorator, LeAnn Hubbard. Inspired by the Hatch Show-style print "I Heart Nashville", LeAnne artfully combined edgy urban design with amazingly comfortable furnishings.

The beautifully appointed renovations include hi-end cabinets with non-slam drawers & stylish hardware, granite counters in kitchen & bathrooms, dark brown hardwood floors, berber carpet in the bedrooms.

Our guests appreciate our two private master suites offering privacy for two couples vacationing together. They also enjoy taking morning coffee or afternoon happy hour on our balcony overlooking the city.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a quiet residential building, not a "frat" house or a hotel. Our guests are required to adhere to a strict noise policy.

Excellent accommodations for two couples and perfect location!

The apartment was comfortably furnished and has plenty of living space for two couples traveling together. Perfectly situated in downtown Nashville just a couple blocks from everything you'd want to do or see downtown. We've recommended the property to several friends already and are thinking about a return visit. The Laines were very hospitable and were readily available during our stay if we had any questions or needed assistance. A great time was had by all.

Stayed for 3 nights while attending Amy Grant-Vince Gill concert at the Ryman. Two couples enjoyed the upscale living area. Parked vehicle upon arrival in secure garage and never drove it as everything is within walking distance. Susan was fantastic to deal with prior and during our stay to make sure we had a great experience. Stayed in local hotel during our visit during October but this was by far a better choice. Thank you Susan!

Great place. Great location. Great everything

We stayed in mid-November for the Packers/Titans game. The condo couldn't have a better location. It was a couple of blocks from the Honky Tonk district and about 1/2 mile from the Titans' stadium. The condo itself was beautiful and well furnished. Two bedrooms -- each w/its private bathroom. Nice kitchen/dining/living room area. Laundry in the condo -- which was great as we packed light w/carry-on bags. We were very comfortable there.

Susan was very pleasant and easy to work with. The travel information packet came about one week before we flew into town.

No need for a car. We took Uber from/to the airport and walked the rest of the 4-day weekend.

Highly recommend this rental. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect for two couples or friends.

You will not find a nicer place to stay in all of Nashville. Great location, underground parking

I'll start with booking this apartment made what could have been an average vacation a great one. Our car never moved the whole time we where there. Our next trip to Nashville will revolve around a opening to stay here. My wife and I and two adult daughters stayed 5 nights and nobody wanted to go home. So if your planning a trip to Nashville just book it you won't be disappointed!!!

Absolutely perfect location and an excellent place to stay!

This was our first trip to Nashville and we loved it with few exceptions that were beyond control of the property owners or VRBO. This property is within walking distance to everything we wanted to do except the drive over to Opry Mills Mall and that wasn't bad at all. The apartment has several layers of security and we felt very safe there. It's very comfortable and nicely decorated... a great choice for a place to stay!

I kept seeing recommendations for the Urban Market only two blocks away and we needed a couple of things so we checked it out. I was amazed at the variety of things they had available... pretty much a full grocery store with over the counter medications and many other choices. They had meats, produce, alcohol, and much more.

I broke a filling in one of my front teeth the first night there. I managed to find a dentist, Thomas Nabors, within three blocks that made an appointment for me the very next day and got me going in no time flat. Their entire staff was more than accommodating.

We loved all the food in the area but there are really good choices that are just steps from the building. Puckett's and Ceasars were both really good and very convenient. Rippy's BBQ was really good down on Broadway as well.

Entertainment!!! There is so much to do you'll need a month to start. We actually went to see a friend of ours perform at Legends Corner and Barlines. Go see Brandon Harris if you get a chance, you won't be disappointed. We visited many of the famous bars on Broadway and 2nd Avenue and loved every one of them. We also took the Redneck Bus Tour and recommend that to anyone who needs a good laugh. We go re-certified since we already qualified by living in South Carolina. There are so many things to do that we didn't have a chance on this trip to even get started... guess we'll have to go again.

Our only bad experiences were having to walk around construction sites and dealing with beggars. It appears that they are remodeling the entire city with the number of projects going on. There are people who appear to be homeless begging for handouts. Some of them do not look homeless but still looking for handouts. We did selectively give some donations but very selectively. Even with these negatives, this trip was very good and we would definitely recommend it.

Great Location, great views and spotless!!

This is the perfect unit for 2 couples or a girls' weekend! 2 master suites, great views, garage parking and walking distance to the strip! The couple I stayed with drove and was able to park in the garage, I flew in and paid about $27 to Uber from the airport. The unit was clean, the owner was very responsive and basic needs were available (hair dryer, iron, washer/dryer, kitchen items, etc.) There was a common area, on the lobby floor, that had shuffleboard, a pool table and TVs (inside) and had TVs and seating with gas fire pits (outside). There was also a gym available. Susan provided a very detailed list of suggested places to visit. I would definitely recommend this unit and will most likely reserve it again if I come back to Nashville. Thank you, Susan - it was a great trip!
