Located in the Lower Village, this lodge is only a short walk to the Adventure centre, Fun Zone, the Village Gondola, and the Toby Creek Pool

(summer only). A two-minute ride up the Village Gondola provides quick access to the Mile 1 Quad, the Panorama Springs Pools, and Upper Village amenities.

This 2bdrm Panorama Mountain Village Horsethief townhome is close to the hot tub complex, has a nice South facing deck and offers ski in/walk out access from the Toby Chair. The main floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, the living area has TV, DVD, wood fireplace, and hide-a-bed. There are two bathrooms, one full and the other with a shower stall The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two doubles.

Great Place, but issues with billing

Nice and clean. In lower village so a little far from the main pools.

The advertised price did not include cleaning fees, etc and I had to pay more than anticipated. Also, this company makes you sign multiple documents and there is a lot of extra work compared to other places we have booked on VRBO. It is a management company and they require a lot of documentation.

They are pleasant to talk to and willing to make accommodations.

I have also been charged extra on my credit card compared to the price that was agreed upon in VRBO invoice.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. Documentation is to protect both the guest and owner in case of emergency or damage, anyone renting a property needs to have such documents signed in order to be covered by insurance - many owners are not aware of this. This guest called the night before their arrival wanting to cancel, we were happy to accommodate even though it is against our policy as indicated in the rental agreement. Cleaning cost and taxes are indicated and shown in breakdown before guests are able to book, this guest would have had to view them before putting in credit card number. A refund was made when the over charge was brought to our attention.

Great Place and Location

We have vacationed at Panorama before and this unit was by far the nicest and cleanest. The kitchen appliances were even new and looked well cared for. The beds were really comfortable, the hot tubs are located right outside the door and the unit was nicely renovated. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great week away.

Home Away from Home

This was our third year staying in Panorama and as always, it was amazing! The weather was hot and the staff are always friendly. The condo was nicely renovated which made it feel like home away from home! Cleanliness, access to an in house washer/dryer, two hot tubs just a few feet from the front door, and an ample supply of towels were a treat!!

Your booking is fully refundable if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival. (60 days for Christmas/New Years/Family Day-President's Week).
