LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This beautiful well maintained 3 bedroom/2 bath home is located a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, ice cream parlor, mini golf and luxury resort spas. Nestled on a quiet street, it has sought after Southern exposure for both the heated pool and the canal waterfront.

Let’s talk about the back yard! Relax and enjoy our private heated salt-water pool or try your luck at fishing off the dock in the back yard canal. Bring your camera- the manatee play inches from you as they often gather in front of our dock! We have bikes, fishing poles, Wi-Fi, a pool table, DVD’s, board games, pool toys, beach chairs, beach towels, books, High Definition large flat screen TV and TV’s in every bedroom! Not to mention a washer and dryer for all that beach gear.

You can easily depart from our dock and be in the Gulf of Mexico within 10 minutes – no bridges – direct access! Rent paddleboards, kayaks or jet skis and explore the canals and bay- even launch right from the dock in the back yard.

The salt-water swimming pool is kept heated to perfection inside a screened lanai with chaise lounges, a dining table with seating for 6, pool toys and a gas grill. Salt-water pools have lower chlorine levels to be gentler on eyes and skin. Soft skin and heated pool water – ahhhh, you may need to extend another week!

Have you been inside yet? The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster and coffee maker. Enjoy a meal on the granite breakfast bar or dine in the separate dining area.

The three bedrooms (one king size bed, one queen, and two twins) sleep six guests comfortably. In addition there is a full sized pull out couch in the family room. All towels and linens are provided. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with new tile and granite countertops (one with shower, one with shower/tub combo).

This well appointed home boasts tile throughout, with an open floor plan. Stack the rack and enjoy a game of pool, or unwind with your favorite movie on the large HDTV flat screen TV.

Vacation Home

This home is perfectly located close to many casual and upscale restaurants ( some have entertainment), a movie theater and shops. It's just a quick walk to the beach.

The kitchen is well-equipped and very clean. The grill works well and is great for grilling fresh Florida fish - which can be bought at the Farmers' Market on Wednesday or the fishing village at Goodkand. The pool table is a fun distraction and there are games, books and movies if the weather is rainy.

The property manager is very accomodating and there is an app which is very informative!

We really enjoyed our walking tour through the Everglades!

What a pleasure!

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in because most times pictures don't tell the true story but everything was just as pictured. Perfectly clean, (and I am very particular) well kept and spacious. Every morning we enjoyed long walks on the beach, then stopped at Stonewall's for the best cup of coffee. We took advantage of the pool several times a day, walked to most restaurants, and bicycled all over the island. Andrew and Elizabeth at Marco Island Vacation Properties were so attentive and accommodating we felt like family. We were very sad when the week was up, so we're already planning our return next year! Thank you for sharing your home and providing a comfortable haven.

Return stay

Still catch myself daydreaming about the wonderful times we had at our recent (return) stay in this beautiful and comfortable home. All the necessary amenities make staying here easy and relaxing. Being centrally located to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and movie theater make venturing out simple and convenient. And even with the summer time temps high in the 90's we were able to enjoy days at the beach - with great breezes - and the refreshing pool when we returned home. Lunch overlooking the beach at Stilts is always a plus, as is dinner at Snook Inn in Old Marco on the water. This trip we ventured out to Captain Jack's for the Mangrove Airboat Tour which was lots of fun. Planning to return again and again!

Great family vacation!

Dear Pat and Dan,

What a wonderful home, and as the saying goes in real estate - location, location, location!! The walk to the beautiful beach, restaurants and shopping was easy, the home and pool were spotless and we can't wait to return. It was a week in paradise, from dolphin and burrowing owl sightings to the stunning sunsets. My husband enjoyed as much fishing as possible and it was easy and delicious to bring his catch to a local restaurant for dinner preparation. There are so many restaurants that offer both delicious food and spectacular views. It was so peaceful to start the day by the canal and pool to plan the daily activity. The girls enjoyed parasailing and we all enjoyed the dinner cruise, the beach, swimming at the beach, relaxing in the gulf and so much more. We can't wait to return to jet ski and try SUP. Your home is welcoming and the layout is ideal! The girls could stay up as late as they wanted (in "their wing") without disturbing us! We all enjoyed the pool table and leave Marco Island with so much fun memories and a longing to return! We're already looking at the calendar for when we can return!

Family holiday getaway

My family and I so enjoyed staying in this wonderful home over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2015. We arrived and found the house in excellent condition with all the space and amenities we could possibly need. The pool was a delightfully comfortable temperature, has plenty of privacy, while still offering a view of the beach skyline for enjoying the sunset. The kitchen is spacious and easily accommodated all 5 of us vying for cooking and cocktail making counter area - not something often found in a vacation rental! And the location is perfect for access to the white sandy beach where you can rent very comfortable lounges and umbrellas by the day or week. In addition, you can enjoy lunch or a sunset drink at the open air restaurant located in the Marriott Crystal Shores complex accessible right from the beach. Perfectly wonderful experience! Walking, driving, or biking, everything is easily accessible from this location, yet the house still feels secluded and private. And the island has so much to offer in a relaxing laid-back atmosphere - great restaurants, nature walks, sunsets, peace and quiet. We plan to go back again - hopefully often, in fact!
