Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. The only real complaint would be the beds were not comfortable. Also, the heat did not work. The maintenance man was over the very first day. Although he was not able to get the heaters working, he brought space heaters which worked fine in 30 degree weather keeping the place comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed this condo. Very spacious and comfortable seating in the living room. Great view of the half pipe and snow board jumping! We enjoyed the deep hot tub outside in the snow.
We needed a place for 4 couples to stay for a race in Copper Mountain. The location was perfect! The rooms were nice and clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because one of the bathrooms was rather dirty. Not disgustingly so, just stray hairs around the bathtub and toilet and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Everything else was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay!
We stayed here with another family. The kids were close to woodward. We had an amazing view from the condo. It is so convenient to all that was going on. The beds were comfortable all the furniture seemed to be brand new.
I recommend this to all our friends. We will be coming back here for ski season.
Place is clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the convenience of being right in the center of all activities. I'm rating 3stars because it's just no frills! These are the pros-
1- beds comfy
2- kitchen equipment is available
3- sleeping arrangements are plenty
1-not all lamps/lights turned on, switches didn't match up with lights- some outlets didn't work
2- door frame loose, didn't feel secure and light shown through very bright from hallway in room with two beds
3- no change machine in laundry room
Overall a nice place for the price. We also would have loved a balcony, but nice views of mountain! Service from Five Star Properties was very good and key pick up was extremely quick!
Location is an A+. Rest of the experience - just OK. Building is REALLY dated. Unit itself is fine - crazy popcorn ceilings aside. The side bunk room is more like a cubby hole and one of the two bedrooms has no windows, so super cave-like. The shower fixture in the master was completely missing - took me 5 minutes to figure out how to turn it on. There is no pool and the outdoor jacuzzi is downright weird.
Honestly would have forgiven it all, if it hadn't been for the management company. Due to a mix up in scheduling, thought we had the place an extra day. Got a call at 2:30 while we were on the slopes asking when we would be out - or did we just want to extend another day? So clearly the place wasn't rented. We scrambled back and were out of there within an hour. After texting the guy that we were out, I got an alert from my credit card company indicating that I had been charged $150. After following up with him, he confirmed it was a "late check-out fee". Honest mistake. Give me a break. I live local and am in Copper all the time. Won't be back.
Word of advice - check out Passage Point if you are looking for good value and good options.
Four of us stayed at this property for 10 days for the USASA Nationals competition. The unit was very convenient to everything in Center Village, and literally steps away from the Eagle lift, which is why I gave it three stars.
There were a few small maintenance issues with the property that were never resolved after multiple calls. These included: a missing hair dryer in one bathroom, and in another bathroom the hair dryer didn't work. Two outlets in the family room didn't work, so the lamps were also not working. The overhead kitchen light was out, and the bathroom temperature gauges were missing.
The owner/manager is very responsive to me, but the maintenance person never came.
