Aloha! Kona Pacific B510 is a luxuriously appointed 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo - truly gorgeous inside! This top floor unit features beautiful ocean views and has been completely remodeled inside with granite counter tops, tile floors, custom lighting, wood cabinets, six ceiling fans, and air conditioning. This comfortable unit comes complete with Free WI-FI, cable TV, CD/smartphone dock with speakers, DVD player and flat screen TV’s. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a nice romantic gourmet meal to be enjoyed on your private lanai. We even included all the simple appliances to make your stay very enjoyable such as a coffee maker, toaster and blender. The master suite has a very comfortable king size bed that is adjoining to the ocean view lanai. It also has it owns flat screen TV. The condo also includes a washer & dryer, beach towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. We tried to include everything you would need to make it feel like you are at home but instead on a stunning island in the Pacific.

Kona Pacific is beautifully manicured and offers reserved free covered parking, elevators, swimming pool/spa, BBQ area, reading room and sundeck with ocean view. All within a few minute walk to downtown Kailua Kona, beaches, shopping and restaurants.

What makes this condo unique

Happy and memorable experiences for loved ones await at this impeccable Kona Pacific condo located a short walking distance from the quaint town of Kailua-Kona where there are local cuisines and many fine restaurants, a variety of interesting shops, the museum of historic Hulihee Palace (summer home of the Hawaiian Royalty), the first Hawaiian Christian Mokuaikaua Church (listed as one of 11 endangered historic structures). Sports enthusiasts worldwide, participate in the Kona Triathlon, the Kona Billfish Tournament. Deep sea marlin fishing charters and wild boar/goat hunting is popular. Of interests are day trips to the small town of Hilo, Hawaii's active lava flowing Kilauea Volcano, and skiing at the snowcapped extinct Maunakea volcano.

We love to walk into town for a nice dinner, watch the sunsets, and take part in the local festivals such as Kona Coffee Festival, Mai Tai Festival, Avocado Festival and so many more! The many cultures that share this beautiful spot add such color and charm to a visit of any length.

Kona Pacific stay

This has been our favorite place to stay this trip. It's as beautiful as any home. The kitchen is huge and has everything you would need or want to make meals. The bathrooms are updated and the bed is very comfortable. I am an early riser but slept more soundly than ever in the bed. Location is excellent for walking or shopping or sight-seeing in Kona. And there's a covered parking spot. The place is quiet and there was never a problem using the grill by the pool. Beach is about a block away but the view of the ocean from the 5th floor condo is amazing.

This property is everything that's advertised. Great location, completely updated, nice pool and BBQ area, underground parking and quick elevators. It was nice that we were able to open the patio doors at night and sleep with just the ceiling fans operating. Loved the large shower in the en-suite bathroom too.

The grounds were kept in park like appearance and looking forward to a longer stay in 2018 or sooner.

Great place close to town and well equipped!

This condo unit really fits the bill for what was important in our stay in KONA. It was clean and well maintained and stocked with items for the beach. The kitchen was extremely well equipped if you would like to do many dinners in. Although the ocean view was out over a few streets and buildings we could enjoy the sunset from the balcony on all nights. Here are the pluses....assigned under building parking, elevators took you up and down very nicely, very close to downtown so walking in was always an option, there are 2 full bathrooms, the master suite was quite large, wi-fi was dependable, it was quiet , the check-in directions were very easy to follow and within minutes we could be headed for the ocean or pool, air-conditioning makes it very pleasant, grounds were nicely kept and it seemed your safety and security on the property were priorities. Great place; I would go back!

Loved the location

This condo was great! We loved that it was a short walk to some of our favorites like Don the Beachcomber, Huggo's, On the Rocks, and Lava Java. Well equipped kitchen and beautiful furnishings. Beach chairs, mats, cooler all provided. We will be back!

not happy

When we first arrived the condo was not ready, not cleaned. We were told that we should go have dinner and they would pay for it while they cleaned the condo. Condo was cleaned, still haven't received payment for dinner ($86.00). Christmas eve the smoke alarm started beebing!!!

Unable to find new battery in condo. Phoned the person who was looking after condo....no reply. Endured the beeping noise all night. Next day finally found a store that sold the right battery. Being seniors it was quite difficult to stand on a chair, then get up on the counter to replace the battery. (no ladder in the condo) Battery cost $6.50 pls tx. Too many roaches and other bugs. Bathroom sinks run very slow. Washing machine when in the spin cycle the noise is so loud that we had to leave the condo until it was finished.

Owner's Response: We are so sorry for the mixup on the cleaning crew when you arrived. I remember your call and yes, I asked if you folks could go have dinner "on us" while the cleaner finished up. I just pulled your reservation papers and didn't see a note about any call telling us how much the dinner was, so evidently the bookkeeper refunded your deposit only at that time. Now that I know how much your dinner was, I will have them send you those funds immediately. If I missed your message, or a receipt for the dinner, I do apologize. We are truly sorry that you had several negative incidents in the condo, this sort of thing is not the norm at all. We hope that you will allow us to help you again another time.
