About Carole

We are the dynamic duo, Carole and Victor! We have been in the hospitality and management business the last 21 years. We ran a beautiful Bed & Breakfast on the beach in Lauderdale by the Sea for 14 years and have been doing vacation rentals for the last 7 years. We live and work in Fort Lauderdale and therefore are always available for our guests. Carole focuses on guest reservations and communications while Victor handles check-ins and anything else the guests might need. We know the area very well, living in South Florida for the past 21 years, and can advise you on restaurants, attractions, shopping and everything else South Florida has to offer you!

Good location, property needs some updating

The condo location is great located ocean front on the Galt Mile, just shy of Lauderdale by the sea, however the property was a bit outdated, and the condo definitely needs some updating especially to the bathroom. It was good to have the kitchen and with a little updating this place could be great! There were no issues entering the property and everything went smoothly.

Love the location and view from this property. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Property is great and has everything you need to feel good at being away from home. Beds are very comfortable and fully stocked kitchen. Could use a bigger coffee pot but can always make another pot like we did. Only thing I would change is couch needs replaced. It is worn out and feels like sitting on a board. The loveseat is in much better shape. Also could use a recliner to replace rolling chair. Other wise the place is fantastic.

Overall a nice condo unit

We enjoyed our time at this condo and thought it was a fair price, though the cleaning fee is a bit high. The unit and the building have been updated but it still has an old feel. The tiki bar has good food, and we ate there several times, we also ate at the Italian restaurant inside the building which was very good authentic Italian food. Since this is a one bedroom unit, I didn't particularly like the fact that there were two queen beds instead of one King, but it wasn't a deal breaker. It would have also been nice to have a little better quality furniture on the balcony instead of the cheap plastic table and chairs. The owner was very helpful and called the cleaning crew on the day of our departure to give us a couple of extra hours to check out which helped tremendously.

Loved the property. Beautiful condo. Direct oceanfront one bedroom condo. Beds very comfortable. Victor great about texting back to answer any questions. Pool was huge and warm. Would stay here again if I return to Fort Lauderdale. The manager Lina was wonderful.

Unbeatable Oceanfront View

The apartment had everything, including a step stool for reaching higher kitchen and closet shelves. There were plenty of linens, kitchen gadgets, DVDs, books, paper and pencils, hair dryer, along with the major things that make a rental feel like home. Floor-to-ceiling windows in bedroom, affording a fabulous view of the Atlantic Ocean right from the bed. And the valet parking was as inexpensive as you will ever see. One thing I did not see mentioned was that the valet parking fee had to be paid right away, in cash. The Italian restaurant in the building served such well-prepared food that we ate there four times. The rental agents, Carole and Victor, were friendly, helpful and immediately respondive to one needed repair. Food served at the Tiki bar was good. Beach front was clean.
