Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s familys summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We all love our exeperience here. Everything was organized in a way that a renter is eased into the place smoothly from the time of arrival to finally leaving. My husband is already planning to rent again for his friends' hiking trip. Awesome!
Over all happy with location, across from beach and out of congested casino area. Quiet. Hot tub didn't work first two nights but after several phone calls, it was fixed
The house was in a great location and clean and neat. We were staying for a family reunion, so did not use the hot tub and I feel that should be a separate item if not being used. The instructions asked us to start laundry, and there was no laundry soap. The kitchen was not equipped very well, only one teaspoon, and no salad bowls and other items to facilitate having meals. Having to purchase necessities for the house (like toilet paper) was not appreciated.
Overall we enjoyed the house and location.
The house was nice enough but the hot tub doesn't work and we were still charged the $20 fee. My brother read the reviews after I had already booked it and this is a common complaint, we are not the first ones to have issues with the hot tub and they still don't fix it. The carpet is a little dingy and the beds are very uncomfortable. The bright side is you are in Tahoe!
The house was nice but beds were uncomfortable and the hot tub didn't work and we still got charged the $20 fee to use the hot tub. My brother said he read in the reviews the hot tub didn't work but I already booked. If other people have complained and it still isn't fixed, they should not charge you the fee and tell you that it's broken when you book it
The upstairs of this unit was comfortable and functional. Master could use a king, but the queen was at least comfortable. The bed downstairs was super firm and not very good quality. Overall, we enjoyed the location and convenience.
