The home is nestled in a quiet, private, residential neighborhood in the heart of Buckhead - the perfect city location! Just a few walkable blocks from the intersection of Peachtree & East Paces Ferry – where the newly completed Streets of Buckhead project offers many new shopping and dining options in addition to all of the other long standing shopping & restaurant options that are among the best the city has to offer!
Within one easily walkable mile radius of the home you will find restaurants that span all price points and cravings – from Waffle House to 5 star steak or Italian to the cozy French Bistro with live music on the weekends. Also walkable are parks, gyms, spas, shops, multiple grocery stores, corporate offices and on and on – we really are in the heart of it all!!
If you would like to head downtown to some of the city’s major attractions you can take a quick drive to go explore the Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Dome, CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, or World of Coke.
We are an easy drive (or longer walk) to 2 MARTA train stations. A close drive to the Georgia World Congress Center, Cobb Galleria, Perimeter Area, Downtown and walkable to all of Buckhead!!
If you would like to venture to another part of town for an evening out or a corporate meeting and you don't want to drive or haven't secured a vehicle, ask us about Uber - your personal, on-demand private black car driving service!!
We are pet owners as well and love to be able to bring our 'kids' on vacation with us so we welcome well trained pets on a case by case basis. There is a small fenced area in the front yard as well as a larger fenced area in the back yard. The neighborhood has sidewalks for easy morning walks or we are also just around the corner (literally) from a great park – perfect for the well behaved dog who likes to chase a tennis ball! We do have an additional pet deposit with the security deposit as well as additional cleaning fees. Pet deposit is fully refundable according to the guest agreement.
There is a fully separate terrace level 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. While the two apartments do not have interior access to each other, if you need additional space in the same area, you may want to consider also renting that apartment. Adding the additional space does increase the charges & is only an option if the space is not already booked for the dates of your stay. For additional information about that space please reference property #850114. Both units are fully self-sufficient and do not have need to interact with each other so, if you are not booking both spaces, please don't worry about either party getting in the other's way or space!
Easily accessible property management is available to assist with anything, from suggestions for restaurants or directions to a fun close-by activity - or to address any issue that may come up.
