Winter Stay In Corrales

  • 5 of 5

We once again stayed at this wonderful house in Corrales. This time we stayed for 3 whole months! It was great to be away from Michigan during the bitter cold months. We enjoyed spring there, watching everything green up, leaf out and bloom. The house was perfect for us to have visitors, my brother came for 5 nights. We were able to take a couple of trips, one to San Antonio and then to Ojo Caliente. We also did a bunch of day trips and sight seeing. The house is perfectly stocked with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom essentials. Anything we needed or asked for Gary provided, he is a perfect host. We made good use of the outdoor spaces including the BBQ grill and portable fireplace. Walking in the Bosque and being in the country atmosphere is lovely, yet you have all the big box stores and restaurants within a few miles. It was wonderful being close to our daughters who live in ABQ, we were able to spend a lot of quality time with them. It was a nice reprieve from Michigan and we plan to be back next year!!! You cant ask for anything better than this casita!!!

Wonderful property!

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying in the Casita near the bosque in Corrales. We wanted a real adobe home with the feel of the southwest and this casita filled with beautiful southwest art, rugs and blankets made us feel right at home. The beds and leather furniture were very comfortable, and the large kitchen was fully equipped. The home was more spacious than we anticipated and provided for a lovely gathering for our family after a memorial. We appreciated the beautiful chickens in the coop out back and enjoyed their fresh eggs. We walked down to and along the Rio Grand one afternoon which is close by. We'd be delighted to come back and stay longer another time. Thank you...

Beautiful property for a unique New Mexico experience!

  • 5 of 5

My family utilized this site for a meeting space while in New Mexico for a wedding. The residence has a large living space, although only accomodates 4 for sleeping, the living space was large enough to accommodate our children and grandchildren allowing them freedom to roam and investigate the apple orchard, the wild geese and other animals.

Quiet and authentic

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay during the holidays. Perfect casita for our family. Really felt like a home away from home. Great walking paths right out of the door to the Rio grande. Neat little village of Corralles. Great places to eat and hang out. We plan to come back again!!
