Very cozy, and great neighborhood!
One month minimum, longer stays welcome. Sorry no smoking. Well-behaved pets allowed with deposit, so long as the other neighbors are not bothered by barking.
Enjoy all New Orleans has to offer---food, music, art, architecture, history!
I am a jazz/latin pianist, realtor, lawyer (don't practice), resident of San Francisco for 30 years, but absolutely adore New Orleans; love being Armenian, love samoyeds
Cherie Chooljian purchased this apartment in 2013
Fabulous location in small, historic building. No need to have a car here. Very comfy. Secure.
Cherie's place is a good place to call home base for an extended stay in the city. It's in a good location for easy access to anything you might want to see. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable. Neighbors are friendly, and there are markets and plenty of shops (both local and chain stores) if you need to buy staples. The neighborhood can be a little noisy if you're planning to sleep during the day, and there was a lot of construction noise during the week. However, for most people this won't be a problem, as night time hours are very quiet. The internet was very stable and strong, and the kitchen was well stocked. Cherie is very responsive. Overall, it's a great place!
We had a great time. The apartment is much larger than we had expected. It was clean. It has everything you need. The location is great! The neighbors are friendly. And Cherie is good at communicating back right away with any questions. She was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Cherie.
This apartment was perfect for my needs. It's in a great neighborhood and has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The neighbors are friendly and it's only a 1/2 block from Magazine St where you'll find lots of bars and restaurants.
Me and my husband stayed here for 5 weeks. We are from Norway and have visited New Orleans many times and have experienced many dirty and ugly apartments that we had to move from!
Finally we came to something that was very clean, modern and comfortable and the kitchen was very up to date.
Good price and perfect location! We will be happy to return!
