Located just 3 blocks from Toomer's corner on E. Magnolia Avenue. Easy walk to stadium. 850 Sq. Ft. Unit, 2 bedroom (one queen size and one standard size) 2 bath with ample closet space. Bedrooms are carpeted with night stands and lamps. Each bedroom has a full bath.
Large den area with sleeper sofa and easy chair. Large screen TV and free WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen includes microwave, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils and dinner ware. Dining table with 4 chairs. Unit has its own washer and dryer. Outside swimming pool available.
We, the owners, live in Birmingham, AL. Our son and family live in Auburn. We stay in the condo when we visit them. Other times, we rent the condo to Auburn visitors / returning alumni.

I can't enough great things about this place. To be honest I was scared it was going to be a dump because the price was so much cheaper than everything else but I couldn't have been more wrong. John's condo is so charming and walking distance to everything downtown. John is great to work with and we always got very fast responses to any questions. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Auburn.
We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the condo. Perfect location, very walkable to campus, the stadium and numerous restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Easy and prompt correspondence with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to downtown and to the stadium. John left easy to follow directions for checking in and checking out. We had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend in Auburn. If we come back for another game, we will absolutely stay here again!!
We enjoyed our stay at this property and would rent it again. It was renovated, clean and well furnished. The location was within walking distance to Toomer's Corner. The complex is very nice and had plenty of parking. The communication with the host was excellent and we recommend this property heartily.
I stayed at this property for an extended study leave, and it worked superbly. Walking distance to AU campus, Toomer's Corner, and great eating at Hamilton's, Acre, The Hound, and a host of other downtown restaurants. Would have enjoyed a more comfortable reading chair, but short-stay vacationers should have no problems! Owner was friendly and responsive.
