Brighton is a small farming town located 15 minutes NE of Denver via Interstate I25 or Interstate I76. There are plenty of organic farmers markets, shopping, good restaurants, and yet you are close to the mountains, Boulder, Denver, and more Gas is typically cheaper in Brighton too!

I'm an easy 20-25 minutes NE of Denver and about 20 stress free minutes from the airport! Im also a very easy drive away from the traffic and bustle of Denver, , yet close enough to drive into downtown and experience all that Denver has to offer.

ALL TAXES AND FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RATE YOU SEE...... NO OTHER HIDDEN FEES!. All I ask is that you leave the home clean and tidy, in the same condition as when you checked in.

Come stay in my beautiful home in Brighton. This quiet private home has three bedrooms and two full baths..Close to a walking/bike path that takes you to a great park or miles of peaceful walking to just exercise and enjoy the smog-free air away from the big city. Sit in the private shaded back yard on the deck, under the pergola, and enjoy the flower gardens (many that were imported from France and Holland)

It is perfectly situated near I76-I70 Corridor that will take you to Denver quickly... Hwy 85 and Hwy 7 that goes straight into Boulder..or travel North on Hwy 85 to Northern Colorado. You can travel almost anywhere quickly and easily.. including the beautiful Rocky Mountains and then return home for a quiet relaxing evening.

Enjoy the quiet in this beautiful well-established neighborhood located an easy 20-25 minutes northeast of downtown Denver via Interstate I76, and about 15 minutes from the airport.

There's lots of shade in the private back yard with a privacy fence. You can enjoy a private BBQ in the back yard on the deck and enjoy the peace and quiet atmosphere.

The home offers high-speed INTERNET, satellite TV, a front porch and a back deck. The home inside is very modern and recently updated with lots of comfortable sitting areas, a large dining table, a sun room, and lots of counter space in the kitchen. There are several skylights and large windows to make the rooms sunny and bright.

There is plenty of on street and off street parking.

The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master has a exquisite King sized bed and a large flat screen television with over 200 channels for your viewing pleasure. All the beds are very comfortable, there are queen beds in the two other bedrooms.

The toilets, showers, sinks, tubs, etc are sanitized after every stay with bleach and disinfectant and thoroughly cleaned. The sheets, towels and all linens are washed and sanitized in extremely hot water so everything is fresh for your stay in the home. All paper products are furnished including paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.

The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of cookware and everything else you might need to prepare your meals. There are lots of dishes, glassware, mugs and flatware.

There is a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights, and central air to keep you cool in the summer

There is a full-sized washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Laundry detergent is provided for you.

There are high-definition flat screen televisions in the family room and all bedrooms that are equipped with satellite (Dish-Network.) There is also super fast high-speed internet for your use. (WIFI).

Starbucks, King Soopers, Fast Food, Applebees etc are only a few minutes away. There is also a large shopping center and major hospital only 5 minutes away.

I want you to be comfortable whether your stay is for three nights or a month I will make sure I will accommodate you anyway I can. If you need to check in early or stay a little later just make arrangements with me ahead of time and I probably will be able to accommodate you.

Now for a little reminder that I have to include....For my neighbors enjoyment of their home and peacefulness no loud parties or disruptions please. Dogs are welcome but please do not leave them outside to bark.

Well behaved children are welcome, however there are breakables around the home so small children will need supervision please.

No event parties or bringing in more people to spend the night than what is originally negotiated between traveler and home owner. This may result in eviction with no refunds.

No smoking is allowed indoors, however anywhere outside is fine.

I grew up on a Wyoming ranch, ranched in Oklahoma, and then moved back to the Brighton area to own and operate a horse boarding stable. I love the farmers markets that surround my home, with lots of fresh organic produce. Be sure to visit the Berry Farm just up the street for fresh vegetables and fruits, many which you can pick yourself. Brighton has that small town rural feel, yet my property is located close to all major interstates and highways so it is an easy trip to the mountains, to the ski-slopes or for a day in Denver or Boulder!

Great place

We loved this place it felt like home the beds were comfortable the house was clean and safe. Great kitchen to cook or you could go a short distance to eat out. The patio was nice on warm days and when it snowed it was warm inside. The hostess is awesome very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property.

Exactly as described and more!

Jude was very friendly and accommodating throughout our 5 night stay. The house matched the photos exactly so we were well prepared for what to expect. The area was rural, but with nice shopping centers 5 minutes in each direction, and only about 20 minutes from downtown Denver. The whole neighborhood was very safe and quiet which was perfect for our group.

Being a first time user of these type of sites I was extremely happy with the whole experience, and thank you to Jude for helping to make that possible.

Perfect home away from home

Everything we could have wanted/needed in a home and hostess for a little family get-together with my two siblings and our elderly mother. We were able relax and visit in comfort and tranquility, while also making short drives to nearby sights and shopping. Jude went above and beyond 'perfect hostess' status when we appealed to her for additional help with unexpected automotive trouble. We are all hoping she will open her home to us again in the future if we find ourselves in the area.

Lovely owner, lovely home-All the things you would need in your own home!

This 3 bedroom home in Brighton, CO. was just what my family needed. Centrally located, close to Denver airport, hour & a half to Estes Park & the Rocky National Park. The owner, Jude, is not only accommodating, but a beautiful person inside & out. She let us check-in early & had the home nice & neat when we arrived. Every time I contacted her (text or called) she was Johnny on the spot.

We were visited daily by a family of bunny rabbits, orioles & surrounded by lovely flowers in the backyard. Quiet, clean neighborhood & King Sooper & liquor stores close enough to touch. A farmers market is right up the road & the main highways are right around the corner.

It was an amazing trip!

Spring in Brighton

We enjoyed every moment at Jude's home in Brighton. The location is enough in the country to be peaceful ,yet close to shopping, dining,and mountain adventures. The house is beautifully appointed with flowers, antiques, art work and in the morning, after a night of sublime rest in first class bedding, the sunlight streaming into the dining area welcomes the day in a glorious way. It seems everyone who stays here at Jude's house has nothing but praise for it, and now we too, are on that list. Thank you Jude,hope we can visit again in the hear future.

Fantastic Week in Brighton, CO

We loved our stay at the VRBO property on Young Drive in Brighton, CO. I have made 13 trips back to CO since moving to AZ. This was the best. The kitchen allowed us to stay on our medical diets. We slept wonderfully all week long in the comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. The large yard let the grandkids run off a lot of energy. Jude provided us with more than all we needed and much information about the area. Jude's house provided us with the best accomodations I've had travelling in a very long time. This was the BEST. Thank you very much.

I'm a short trip to the famous Red Rock Amphitheater, the mountain gambling casinos of Blackhawk and Central City, downtown Denver with Coors Field, the Pepsi Center, the Denver Zoo, the museum of Natural History, etc. You can easily drive into Boulder, go for Mountain Drives, go to Estes Park and Trail Ridge Road, and SO much more. It is even a very easy drive to Colorado Springs where you can visit the Garden of The Gods!

Locally there are farmers markets with locally grown vegetables and fruits..and some of the best Mexican food available anywhere, Travel quickly with all the Interstate options including I76, E470, I25, hwy 85 and hwy 7 that goes straight into Boulder..all these major highways and interstates are accessible within minutes of my home...then come back to the house to enjoy a quiet setting. Relax in the back yard under the beautiful trees, smell the roses and peonies or relax on the back deck under the pergola.
