Normally I will get back to you in an hour or less! You can also call me direct at 720 899 1402 I'm an easy 20-25 minutes NE of Denver and about 20 minutes from the airport! A very easy drive.
All taxes are included and there are no cleaning or other hidden fees. All I ask is that you leave the home clean and tidy, in the same condition as when you checked in.
Come stay in the most peaceful and beautiful neighborhood in town! This quiet country ranch style home has three bedrooms and two baths..no stairs other than two to come through the door!
It is perfectly situated near I76-I70 Corridor that will take you to Denver quickly..., Hwy 85' and Hwy 7 that goes straight into Boulder..or travel North on Hwy 85 to Northern Colorado. You can travel almost anywhere quickly and easily.. including the beautiful Rocky Mountains and then return home for a quiet relaxing evening. No close neighbors, just quiet country serenity.
Enjoy the quiet in this beautiful well-established neighborhood located an easy 20-25 minutes northeast of downtown Denver via Interstate I76, and about 15 minutes from the airport.
There are many old trees here with a large yard and a private fenced-in area.
The home offers high-speed internet, satellite TV, a front porch and a back patio perfect for relaxing in this peaceful one acre of land. The home inside is very nice with lots of comfortable sitting areas, a large dining table, a sunroom, and lots of counter space in the kitchen. There are several skylights and large windows to make the rooms sunny and bright.
You don't have to worry about parking. You don't have to park on a busy street like some of the other properties. There is plenty of off street parking here! I have a circle driveway, and another large driveway in front of the garage. You car will be safe and secure.
The home is furnished with old and new.... antiques and collectibles from different eras. The home has three bedrooms... bedroom two gives you a country western feel and has a smaller flat screen television with over 200 channels, while bedroom three has an antique brass queen bed. The Master has a exquisite King sized bed and a large flat screen television with over 200 channels for your viewing pleasure. All the beds are very comfortable, and all have high quality linens. This is a warm cozy home- Hot water radiant heat, no furnace blowing dust around!
The two bathrooms are stocked with large white fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and high water pressure for a great shower experience. I have very soft water that is wonderful for your skin and hair. The toilets, showers, sinks, tubs, etc are sanitized after every stay with bleach and disinfectant and thoroughly cleaned. The sheets, towels and all linens are washed and sanitized in extremely hot water so everything is fresh for your stay in the home. All paper products are furnished including paper towels, toilet tissue, etc.
The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of cookware and everything else you might need to prepare your meals. There are lots of dishes, glassware, mugs and flatware. There are spices, oils, bake-ware, pots and pans, and whatever else you might need to prepare delicious meals at home are at your disposal. There is also a dishwasher for fast and easy cleanup afterwards.
Watch beautiful sunsets over the Rocky Mountains from the large windows to the West, and early morning sunrises and the rising moon from the large windows that face East.
There is a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights, (the home is also equipped with hot water heat for a warm even temperature) and plenty of cold ac for the warmer summer months.
There is a full-sized washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Laundry detergent is provided for you.
The outdoor patio and BBQ area sit beneath a large and beautiful old Cottonwood tree. You can watch the many birds and cottontail bunnies that live under and around the many trees and bushes on the property. There's a BBQ grill with charcoal provided.
There are high-definition flat screen televisions in the living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms that are equipped with satellite (Dish-Network.) There is also super fast high-speed internet for your use. (WIFI).
This is a very safe neighborhood- There is only one other home on my block and only three other homes across the street, so you will have lots of privacy and space. You will love a morning or evening walk through the neighborhood or along the canal.
Starbucks, King Soopers, Fast Food, Applebees etc are only a few minutes away. There is also a large shopping center and major hospital only 5 minutes away.
I want you to be comfortable whether your stay is for three nights or a month I will make sure I will accommodate you anyway I can.

No refunds will be given after check-in.

I'm a short trip to the famous Red Rock Amphitheater, the mountain gambling casinos of Blackhawk and Central City, downtown Denver with Coors Field, the Pepsi Center, the Denver Zoo, the museum of Natural History, etc. You can easily drive into Boulder, go for Mountain Drives, go to Estes Park and Trail Ridge Road, and SO much more. It is even a very easy drive to Colorado Springs where you can visit the Garden of The Gods!
Locally there are farmers markets with locally grown vegatables and fruits..and some of the best Mexican food available anywhere, Travel quickly with all the Interstate options including I76, E470, I25, hwy 85 and hwy 7 that goes straight into Boulder..all these major highways and interstates are accessible within minutes of my home...then come back to the house to enjoy a quiet country setting. Relax in the back yard under the huge cottonwood tree, or sit on the front porch under the canopy of the old Locust trees.
About the owner: I'm retired from Qwest IT and love to spend my time traveling, gathering antiques, and perfecting my art. I grew up on a Wyoming ranch, ranched in Oklahoma, and then moved back to the Brighton area to own and operate a horse boarding stable. I have since sold that operation and settled into this quiet community.

This is an older neighborhood. Everyone planted lots of trees when they bought their properties and now those trees are 30 feet tall or more. Most residents in Country Hills are the original owners and everyone takes pride in their property. Everyone is friendly and there is always someone to lend a hand if needed.

I love the farmers markets that surround my home, with lots of fresh organic produce. Be sure to visit the Berry Farm just up the street for fresh vegetables and fruits, many which you can pick yourself. Brighton has that small town rural feel, yet my property is located close to all major interstates and highways so it is an easy trip to the mountains, to the ski-slopes or for a day in Denver or Boulder! Be sure to take time to relax outdoors and watch the families of bunnies scamper around the yard and the unique and beautiful birds that live in the huge trees around the home.
