We are a semi-retired. We love to escape to Palm Springs for the golfing, heat, and wonderful restaurants.

Great Property and Great Location. Clean and properly supplied. Lots of towels. great set-up and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable with closets etc. Nice kitchen set up and lots of parking. Poolside was nice and didn't have to fight for a chair. Grapefruit trees in abundance for early morning snack. Quiet compound also.

Lovely Unit & Property
Susan was a delight to work with and the condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotless. Love the large and warm pool at the Deauville also. Our only complaint was 2 days of a very noisy wood chipper just outside our balcony. We had to keep our doors closed and couldn't use the balcony. My only suggestion would be that management slip notes under doors so one could choose those days to maybe be away from the condo.
Very nice property that was close to downtown and other Palm Springs/Coachella Valley sites.
The warm weather and wonderful pool area were hard to beat!
Excellent Location, Property, and Owner!
I go to Palm Springs in early June every year for a work event. This year I made the move to a more central location and had the good fortune of finding this gem. The location was ideal for my purposes. The condo and the complex that it is in is absolutely beautiful and I will be hoping to return for many years to come. Susan, the owner, made my stay very easy, providing me with all the details necessary to make my arrival, stay, and departure go very smoothly. If you need a place for a visit to Palm Springs you cannot go wrong with this property!

Nice Condo with all you need.
Excellent location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and updated. Super comfortable king size bed with ensuite. One small flaw was the sounds from suite above, (thin floors?) . Quiet complex and grounds are well kept, three nice pools. Good correspondence with owner. Would recommend and stay at this rental again.
The Spa Casino one block away and the heart of Palm Springs' finest restaurants and bars two blocks away.
