Wi-FI Secure High speed internet (50 MBPS) throughout the condo. Living Room equipped with large LED TV with Blue Ray DVD and Netflix. All TVs all equipped with Comcast cable. Guests will have access to coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas/blanket and toys for the kids, everything you need for a great time at the beach. Plenty of parking behind condo. Large pool and tennis court out back. Poolside cabana with 2 propane grills so bring the Fajitas. Chairs and dining table for two outside to enjoy the expansive balcony. Back of condo (front door) has straight on view of Moody Garden to enjoy the evening fireworks. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars and centrally located to all of Galveston's main attractions.

About Sundeep (Sunny) Chahal
We live in Humble, 2 kids in Elementary School I work as a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility in the East Houston area and my wife is a dentist in Humble. I graduated from Angleton High School in 94' and from Texas A&M University in 98'.

Why Sundeep (Sunny) Chahal chose Galveston Island
With both of us having demanding careers and limited vacation time, we wanted a place close to Houston where we could get away and relax on weekends. It takes us an hour to get to our Condo from where we live and our kids love Schlitterbahn and the beach. We would like to offer this property to others as a rental as a low cost/high value alternative to chain motel/hotels.
What makes this Condo unique
The views from the 24 foot wide covered balcony, watching the colors on the water during sunset and sunrise. Pelicans and seagulls soar right by you at eye level from the 10th floor. You can often view dolphins following the boats from the balcony. Very open flow from the front door/kitchen to the balcony, great for entertaining and spending time with the family.

Mother's Day weekend
My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at this condo!! The condo was CLEAN , comfortable and accommodating!! Everything we needed was provided. The views were amazing and the balcony was a favorite hangout. Having Babe's Beach directly across the street with a walk down made beach access a breeze.
Sunny was a delight to work with and always answered my questions promptly. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future....:))
Three generations, each pleased!
Our family event was wonderful. Sunny has truly epitomized "southern hospitality". The unit was exactly as stated and that was so good. It was close to everything, so we could all go separate directions and still be on time for "meals". Having the gulf just across the road, kept someone on the deck at all times. What a view. We used the grills (clean & good quality) and gazebo. The pool was clean and well kept. The kitchen (spices) made it easy to shop for fish and prepare it, our favorite meals!
Really can't say enough about Sunny's management skills. This was our 17th VRBO stay and while all have been good to better, this was the best! The unit was very well stocked but left plenty of room for our things. Go with confidence!
Great place, location and price! The whole process was a breeze. Condo had lots of updates and the bathrooms are beautiful! The views are amazing. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the view from living area and master bedroom. Bathrooms are nicely remodeled. Great location to be near enough but away from most hectic areas.

Effective 3/1/17: The By the Sea Complex has issued a change in parking policy. Guests will be charged $15.00 per vehicle to park overnight on the complex for the length of their stay, regardless of the length of their length of stay. This is not a fee paid to me, the fee will be paid by only credit or debit card by the HOA front lobby person who is available 24 hours/day. Failure to do so may result in your car being towed. Please note the charge is 15 dollars per vehicle in your party! Please note check in times are 3 PM and check out times are 11 AM, early check in times or late check out times can never be guaranteed as it depends on if there are guests booked prior to and after your reservation. 4 hour minimum is needed for the cleaning crew to turn over the condo for the next guest. If you book 3 night weekends (Not including Holiday weekends), the 3rd night will be discounted from 25 to 50% off depending on time of the season, check with owner for details. For months of Jan and Feb, WINTER TEXANS please contact me for discounted monthly rates. Check with owner regarding cancellation policy. All bookings will incur a $80 cleaning fee, these covers cost of cleaning, laundry charges, and cost of supplies.
