Our 4 bedroom + Bonus room, 3 full bath, 3200 square feet home was built for both comfort and connection. With 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 3 on the 2nd floor, there is plenty of room to relax. Both ground floor bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Our screened-in porch in the back and the large front porch with multiple ceiling fans are wonderful spaces to enjoy during Nashville's often lovely weather.

We have a gas grill for your use, full laundry room, WiFi throughout the property, and our new private outdoor shower is a special amenity!

Why John Allen chose Nashville

Beautiful, centrally located, near the very best that Nashville has to offer. We have lived in our neighborhood since 1998 and this is our second home in this community. We worked with our architect to build this home and we designed it to fit our life. Informal, comfortable, centrally located, great outdoor spaces, 2 masters on main, sidewalk community, with shops and restaurants near enough to stroll to and yet far enough away to be a quiet oasis with no parking issues.

What makes this house unique

4 bedrooms plus a bonus room with queen bed, 3 full baths, all in the perfect location to explore all that Nashville and Middle Tennessee have to offer!

The home was absolutely picture perfect! John and Kendra were the most gracious hosts providing us with a thoughtful welcoming gift and all of the hotel-like necessities that make traveling so much easier (towels, shampoo, body wash, etc.). It was the perfect home to relax in and we spent much of our time on the two spectacular porches. The location was very walkable, safe, comfortable and family friendly. Our Uber fares were never more than $8 for four to travel to Broadway, The Gulch or Vanderbilt. What I appreciated most was the attention to detail from John and Kendra. There wasn't a TV I didn't feel comfortable using, a trash can I couldn't find or a kitchen utensil I felt uncomfortable finding. The house manual they provided us made the stay feel like home. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Could not be happier with this house

OMG! If you're debating about renting this house, don't waste another minute. I have rented several homes in the last few years, and this is by far the best house we have rented. From the awesome communication with the owners throughout the process, to the beautiful note, wine and chocolate that greeted us, to the IMMACULATE accommodations, to the spacious rooms, to the awesome neighborhood......I could go on and on. Truly a gem. I've already recommended this home to a friend. Worth the price

Perfect little oasis in the middle of everything!

First time visitors to Nashville and this lovely home was so comfortable and perfect for the 10 of us! Walking distance to cute restaurants & shops in 12 South, 8-10 minute Uber to downtown. We hope to be back and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else !! Thank you for your hospitality!

Wonderful home, location... loved our visit

This was a girls weekend in Nashville for my mom's birthday. We had a great time! There were 8 of us and we were very comfortable. The home has great details and the porches are amazing. The beds were comfortable and the living areas are designed to sit and enjoy company.

12 South is lovely. Great bars, restaurants and shops. My family raved about BarTaco. We also loved Burger Up (late night eats for us), SLOCO (breakfast sandwiches, but you can go all day), Frothy Monkey (coffee, but has HUGE lines), the Flip Side bloody mary was an experience, shops are expensive but fun to browse.

Easy ubers down to Broadway and around other areas of town (Monell's in Germantown, a must visit).

I would only suggest that the house have sugar and powdered creamer available to guests. We didn't have any so coffee in the morning on the back porch was interrupted by a quick walk up to the coffee shop at the end of the street.

Incredibly charming home

This is the most incredible home my friends and I, who all frequently rent from HomeAway, have ever stayed in. The owners have gone above and beyond with everything! From the comfortable cozy decor, to the well stocked kitchen and charming character filled bedrooms and bathrooms - stocked with delicious towels, and every amenity you could ever need. Not to mention the lovely front and back porches. This is a home designed for the perfect group get away. Plus - it's in the most convenient location. A quick walk to coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants! Or a quick uber to any of the amazing neighborhoods of Nashville.

Nashville's Best!

What a great way to kick off my stay in Nashville! The house is in great condition, up to date and spotless upon arrival. It is located in a beautiful and convenient area, surrounded by newly renovated houses and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. And Broadway is a quick cab ride away! Additionally, the owners were a pleasure to be in communication with while planning my getaway. Vacationing at this house allows guests to feel right at home. I will definitely be renting this property again on my next trip to Nashville!

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood

We spent a wonderful weekend in Nashville at the Allen's gorgeous home. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated, and we loved the back and front porches. This was the perfect spot for our girl's weekend in Nashville. I would recommend this house over any hotels in the area--it's just SO nice and relaxing! Thanks for the great stay.

Guests are expected to be respectful of our home and care for it as they would their own house.
1. No smoking or candle burning is allowed.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth by the rental agreement may not stay overnight in the property.
3. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Notify us if damage has occurred.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Please be respectful of our neighbors and maintain a quiet environment between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM.
7. No pets are allowed.
8. Parking is located on the street in front of our home.
9. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
10. No illegal substances are allowed or may be used on the property.
11. The air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit and the heat shall not be set above 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
12. Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights and lamps when they are not being used.
13. Guests are expected to arrive no earlier than 3:00 p.m., with a two-hour grace period allowing entry at 1:00, if specifically requested. Early arrival (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) requires an early check-in fee of $200. Guests triggering the alarm by checking in before the agreed upon time will be charged $200.
14. Guests must vacate the premises by 11 a.m., with a two-hour grace period to accommodate later flights, if requested. Guests needing to remain longer can pay a late check-out fee of $200, which allows access until 6 p.m. Guests needing to stay longer than 6 p.m. must rent the home for an additional night.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
