Beautiful!! Great place to spend time with family and friends.

  • 5 of 5

This home was very spacious and comfortable for two families, with a total of 10 people. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the hot tub, fireplace and grill as well as the amazing kitchen. This was a great spot for a large group to gather but also had plenty of space to spread out and find a quiet spot to rest. If we ever make it back to the area we would love to stay here again!

Amazing stay at this house with a group of friends. We enjoyed the many lovely and charming rooms with their beautiful decor and fireplaces. We truly loved our weekend getaway, from the hot tub to the incredible chef kitchen and all the charming and warm bedrooms. I could not say enough wonderful things about this property, it's exceptional. Hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful charming Vermont home

  • 4 of 5

We very much loved our recent stay, the home was clean, well kept, functional and very Vermont. The fireplace in the kitchen is a nice touch, along with the professional stove. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner while we were there, all in all a great experience.

Peaceful and luxurious winter weekend retreat!

  • 5 of 5

What a lovely weekend we had in Pittsford! From the professional-grade kitchen, numerous fire places, and hot tub with a view, we couldn't have asked for anything more. So many thanks to Jill for sharing her beautiful home with us and making our stay perfect in every way. We we absolutely be returning next year!

Go back in time with all the modern comforts!

  • 5 of 5

This home is a beautiful piece of history in a park like setting. It's decor is like something you'd see in a magazine and the home accommodated 10 of us easily. Children will love the loft and we all enjoyed spending time by the pool during the day. At night we roasted marshmallows in the outdoor fireplace which was a great feature. The house is less than an hour from Killington, Burlington, and other attractions. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Beautiful, historical home with plenty of space and amenities

  • 5 of 5

Our extended family stayed at this home at the end of June. We were a group of 9 (5 adults and 4 small girls). The house is huge! We didn't even use most of the rooms downstairs. There are 3 separate sitting areas downstairs, a formal dining room and a kitchen. We spent the majority of our time outside on the patio, by the outdoor fireplace or in hot tub or pool. Unfortunately, the hot tub broke while we were there but we enjoyed the other outdoor areas. Upstairs there are 5/6 bedrooms. Again, we didn't use all of the bedrooms but did enjoy being being able to spread out. Be warned, there is no air conditioning. Luckily the evenings were cool while we were there but it did get warm in the house during the afternoons. This house is a little off the beaten path. It was quite a drive to many of the places we visited (Woodstock, Long Trail Brewery, hikes) but we didn't mind the beautiful, scenic drives. And, the house has so much to offer, you could spend an entire weekend there! We would definitely recommend this house for any season. It is close to many ski areas and mountains as well! If you appreciate the charm that comes with an older house, along with modern amenities (pool, hot tub, modern kitchen and bathrooms), this house will definitely not disappoint!
