Amazing Vermont experience
What a great weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation. Jill is the perfect hostess and the house leaves nothing to be desired. With a restaurant quality kitchen and all ancillary equipment the graduation dinner was a breeze. We hope to be able to return soon
Great place to stay!
My group of friends has been coming to VT for our yearly ski trip for over 6 years now, and this is the 3rd year in a row we stayed here. Highly recommended.
Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with a group of friends. The house was big, so nicely decorated, and the kitchen was SO much fun to use and cook in. It was wonderful lighting a fire in the outdoor fireplace, and using the hill to sled on all day in-between enjoying the hot tub. Some of the rooms in the house aren't even pictured in the listing, so it was better than expected! I also had the chance to meet Jill - she is so sweet. She got out a few pairs of snow shoes for us to enjoy, and made sure we were comfortable and set with everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.
A Beautiful Historic Getaway
The home is just beautiful in and out with plenty of room for a large group. There were just four of us but we found the home to be cozy and comfortable as we gathered around the kitchen fireplace in the morning with a cup of coffee and at the end of the day with a glass of wine. Everything you need for a great stay has been provided. The house is centrally located so visiting around Vermont is easy. Jill was a pleasure and available to answer any questions. Plan a stay here at this wonderful home, you will not be disappointed.
Our family of 10 adults and 3 children stayed at the home. We were comfortable and happy.
The home was well equipped. We didn't lack for anything. The pool and hot tub provided entertainment. The best part was the outdoor fireplace. The fires were perfect. No smoke escaped the chimney. The extended wood bins kept the warmth around the fireplace. We were about 10 minutes from Rutland. This was an easy trip for groceries or yoga. Great family vacation.
Great overall experience with Jill and her lovely home.
Prefect home for our family winter weekend getaway. Commercial grade kitchen, multiple wood burning fire places, and plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend to others.
Located on 5 acres yet close to all amenities.
